\u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u5317\u4eac\u65f6\u95f48\u670816\u65e5\uff0c\u5357\u65b9\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b66\u4f55\u4f73\u6e05\u6559\u6388\u548c\u9ec4\u4e3d\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388(\u5171\u540c\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005)<\/strong>\u5728Energy & Environmental Science<\/strong>\u7f51\u7ad9\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u9898\u76ee\u4e3a\u201cLarge enhancement of thermoelectric properties in n-type PbTe via\u00a0dual-site point defects<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u6587\u732e\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u63d0\u9ad8n\u578bPbTe\u7684\u70ed\u7535\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u91c7\u7528\u4f20\u7edf\u7194\u878d\u6cd5\uff0c\u5728\u63ba\u67420.1%PbI2<\/sub>\u7684PbTe\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0Sb\u5143\u7d20\u3002\u900f\u5c04\u7535\u5b50\u663e\u5fae(TEM)\u5206\u6790\u548c\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6cdb\u51fd\u7406\u8bba\u8ba1\u7b97\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5728\u5ba4\u6e29\u4e0b\uff0cSb\u7eb3\u7c73\u6790\u51fa\u76f8\u5728PbTe\u6837\u54c1\u4e2d\u6790\u51fa\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u968f\u7740\u6e29\u5ea6\u7684\u5347\u9ad8\uff0c\u8be5\u7eb3\u7c73\u6790\u51fa\u76f8\u6162\u6162\u5730\u6eb6\u89e3\u5230PbTe\u57fa\u8d28\u4e2d\u5f62\u6210SbPb-SbTe\u53cc\u4f4d\u7f6e\u6362\u70b9\u7f3a\u9677\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u529f\u7387\u56e0\u6570\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u548c\u6676\u683c\u70ed\u5bfc\u7535\u7387\u7684\u51cf\u5c11\uff0c\u5728773K\u4e0b\uff0cn\u578bPbTe0.998<\/sub>I0.002<\/sub>-3%Sb\u590d\u5408\u6750\u6599\u7684ZT\u503c\u8fbe\u5230\u7ea61.8\u7684\u6700\u5927\u503c\u3002\u5728\u540c\u6837\u7684\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u6d53\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0cPbTe0.998<\/sub>I0.002<\/sub>-x%Sb(x=1~4)\u590d\u5408\u6837\u54c1\u7684\u585e\u8d1d\u514b\u7cfb\u6570\u6bd4\u62a5\u9053\u51fa\u7684\u5355\u76f8PbTe\u6837\u54c1\u7684\u9ad8\u5f97\u591a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u56e0\u4e3aSb\u53cc\u4f4d\u63ba\u6742\u5f15\u8d77\u4e86\u6001\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u5931\u771f\u3002\u6839\u636eCallaway\u6a21\u578b\u6a21\u62df\u663e\u793a\u5728\u6e29\u5ea6\u5347\u9ad8\u65f6\uff0cSbPb-SbTe\u53cc\u4f4d\u7f6e\u6362\u70b9\u7f3a\u9677\u80fd\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6676\u683c\u70ed\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\u7684\u51cf\u5c11\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u5f97\u5230\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u6765\u8bf4Sb\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u70ed\u7535\u4f20\u8f93\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe1 n\u578bPbTe\u6750\u6599\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u56fe\u50cf\u8868\u5f81<\/strong><\/p>\n PbTe0.998<\/sub>I0.002<\/sub>-3%Sb\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u5178\u578b\u7eb3\u7c73\u6790\u51fa\u76f8\u7684HRTEM\u56fe\u50cf\u3002\u53f3\u63d2\u56fe\u8868\u793aSb\u6c89\u6dc0\u7269\u548cPbTe\u57fa\u8d28\u4e4b\u95f4\u754c\u9762\u7684\u653e\u5927\u56fe\uff0c\u5de6\u56fe\u4e3aSb\u76f8\u548cPbTe\u76f8\u4e4b\u95f4\u754c\u9762\u7684\u539f\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u56fe\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe3 \u4e0d\u540c\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0bPbTe0.998<\/sub>I0.002<\/sub>-3%Sb\u6837\u54c1\u4e2dSb\u6790\u51fa\u76f8\u7684\u539f\u4f4dHADDF\u56fe\u50cf<\/strong><\/p>\n a-i PbTe0.998<\/sub>I0.002<\/sub>-x%Sb(x=1~4)\u6837\u54c1\u4e2d\u7535\u5b50\u8fd0\u8f93\u7279\u6027\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u4f9d\u8d56\u6027<\/strong><\/p>\n a.\u00a0<\/strong>\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\uff1b<\/p>\n a-c.\u00a0<\/strong>Pb4Te4<\/sub>\u548cPb31<\/sub>SbTe31<\/sub>Sb\u7684\u80fd\u5e26\u7ed3\u6784(a-b)\u548c\u603b\u6001\u5bc6\u5ea6(c)\uff1bb\u56fe\u663e\u793a\u7684\u662f\u5c55\u5f00\u540e\u7684\u80fd\u5e26\u7ed3\u6784\uff1b<\/p>\n d.<\/strong> Pb31<\/sub>SbTe31<\/sub>Sb\u4e2dPb\uff0cTe\uff0cSb\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u6001\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002\u4e0d\u540cSb\u539f\u5b50\u5206\u522b\u66ff\u4ee3Pb\u548cTe\u4f4d\u70b9\u800c\u5f97\u5230Sb\u7684\u4e24\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\u6001\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002\u84dd\u7bad\u5934\u8868\u793a\u5bfc\u5e26\u5e26\u5e95\u9644\u8fd1\u6001\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u5931\u771f\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe7 PbTe1-y<\/sub>Iy<\/sub>-3%Sb(x=0.002,0.004)\u548cPbTe1-y<\/sub>Iy<\/sub>(y=0.002,0.004)\u6837\u54c1\u7684\u970d\u5c14\u6548\u5e94\u6d4b\u91cf\u6e29\u5ea6\u4f9d\u8d56\u6027<\/strong><\/p>\n \u9ed1\u8272\u865a\u7ebf\u8868\u793a\u6240\u6709\u6837\u54c1\u5904\u4e8e\u51e0\u4e4e\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe8 Sb\u7684\u6d4b\u91cf\u503c\u3002\u7ea2\u5b9e\u7ebf\u662f\u7531\u5fb7\u62dc-Callaway\u6a21\u578b\u8ba1\u7b97\u5f97\u5230\u3002U\uff0cN\uff0cP\u548cPD\u5206\u522b\u8868\u793aU\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0cN\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0cSb\u7eb3\u7c73\u6790\u51fa\u76f8\u548c\u53cc\u4f4d\u70b9\u7f3a\u9677\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u5c0f\u7ed3\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u901a\u8fc7\u4f20\u7edf\u7194\u878d\u6cd5\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u7531PbTe1-yIy<\/sub>-x%Sb(x=0~4\uff0cy=0.002~0.005)\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u4e09\u4e2a\u7cfb\u5217\u6837\u54c1\u7684\u590d\u5408\u6750\u6599\u3002\u5728773K\u4e0b\uff0c\u529f\u7387\u56e0\u6570\u589e\u52a0\u548c\u6676\u683c\u70ed\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\u51cf\u5c11\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0cPbTe0.998<\/sub>I0.002<\/sub>-3%Sb\u6837\u54c1\u7684ZT\u503c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230\u4e861.8\u3002\u7531\u539f\u4f4dTEM\u56fe\u50cf\u89c2\u5bdf\u548cDFT\u8ba1\u7b97\u5f97\u5230Sb\u539f\u5b50\u5728\u5ba4\u6e29\u4e0b\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u7eb3\u7c73\u6c89\u6dc0\u7269\uff0c\u6162\u6162\u6eb6\u89e3\u5230PbTe\u57fa\u8d28\u4e2d\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u66ff\u6362\u4e24\u4e2a\u7d27\u90bb\u7684Pb\u548cTe\u4f4d\u70b9\u3002Sb\u7eb3\u7c73\u6790\u51fa\u76f8\u548cPbTe\u57fa\u8d28\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5171\u683c\u754c\u9762\u548c\u5c0f\u754c\u9762\u52bf\u80fd\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u8fc1\u79fb\u7684\u6709\u5bb3\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u6d4b\u91cf\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8e\u7b2c\u4e00\u6027\u539f\u7406\u8ba1\u7b97\uff0c\u585e\u8d1d\u514b\u7cfb\u6570\u589e\u52a0\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6001\u5bc6\u5ea6\u5931\u771f\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6839\u636eCallaway\u6a21\u578b\u8fdb\u884c\u7406\u8bba\u8ba1\u7b97\u540e\u5f97\u5230\u63ba\u6742Sb\u6837\u54c1\u7684\u53cc\u4f4d\u70b9\u7f3a\u9677\u6563\u5c04\u5728\u9ad8\u6e29\u533a\u6781\u5927\u5730\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u03baL\u7684\u51cf\u5c11\u3002\u603b\u4e4b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u63ba\u6742Sb\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u585e\u8d1d\u514b\u7cfb\u6570\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u548c\u03baL\u7684\u51cf\u5c11\u3002\u80fd\u5e26\u5931\u771f\u548c\u70b9\u7f3a\u9677\u7684\u534f\u540c\u4f5c\u7528\u4e3a\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u524d\u666f\u5149\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n
