\u3010\u524d\u8a00\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u80fd\u6e90\u5371\u673a\u7684\u4e0d\u65ad\u52a0\u5267\u548c\u73af\u5883\u6cbb\u7406\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u70ed\u70b9\u8bfe\u9898\u3002\u81ea19\u4e16\u7eaa\u521d\u53d1\u73b0\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6750\u6599\u7684Seebeck\u6548\u5e94\u548cPeltier\u6548\u5e94\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u5982\u96e8\u540e\u6625\u7b0b\u822c\u5728\u6750\u6599\u7814\u7a76\u754c\u5927\u91cf\u51fa\u73b0\u3002\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5229\u7528\u56fa\u4f53\u5185\u90e8\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u70ed\u80fd\u548c\u7535\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u8f6c\u6362\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u8981\u6c42\u5177\u5907\u4ef7\u5ec9\u3001\u65e0\u6bd2\u3001\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u4f20\u5bfc\u548c\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u70ed\u4f20\u5bfc\u6027\u80fd\u7b49\u4f18\u70b9\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5176\u5e38\u4e8e\u6e29\u5dee\u53d1\u7535\u548c\u70ed\u7535\u5236\u51b7\u4e24\u65b9\u9762\u3002\u4e3a\u5b9e\u73b0\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5927\u8303\u56f4\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u9ad8\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u7684\u8f6c\u6362\u6548\u7387\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u76ee\u524d\u4e9f\u5f85\u89e3\u51b3\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u8fd1\u671f\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u897f\u5317\u5927\u5b66<\/strong>Mercouri G. Kanatzidis<\/strong>\u6559\u6388\uff08\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005\uff09<\/strong>\u62a5\u9053\u4e86\u8be5\u8bfe\u9898\u7ec4\u5728\u7535\u5b50\u63ba\u6742\u4e09\u5143\u786b\u5316\u7269AgBi3<\/sub>S5<\/sub>\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u4ee5\u9898\u4e3a\u201cHigh Thermoelectric Performance in Electron-Doped AgBi3<\/sub>S5<\/sub> with Ultralow Thermal Conductivity<\/strong>\u201d\u53d1\u8868\u5728J. Am. Chem. Soc.<\/strong>\u4e0a\u3002\u5728\u7535\u5b50\u63ba\u6742AgBi3<\/sub>S5<\/sub>\u4e09\u5143\u786b\u5316\u7269\u5728300-800 K\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u6676\u683c\u70ed\u5bfc0.5-0.3 Wm-1<\/sup>K-1<\/sup>\uff0c\u5176\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u7279\u70b9\u5f52\u56e0\u4e8eAg\u548cBi\u539f\u5b50\u7684\u53ccrattling\u58f0\u5b50\u632f\u52a8\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u5728\u9634\u79bb\u5b50\u4f4d\u70b9\u63ba\u6742\u6c2f\u79bb\u5b50\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7535\u5b50\u4f9b\u4f53\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u663e\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8AgBi3<\/sub>S5<\/sub>\u4e09\u5143\u786b\u5316\u7269\u7684\u7535\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u672c\u6587\u91c7\u7528\u5355\u629b\u7269\u7ebf\u578b\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u9610\u8ff0\u4e86\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u6d53\u5ea6\u4e3a5\u00d71018<\/sup>-2\u00d71019<\/sup> cm-3<\/sup>\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684Seebeck\u7cfb\u6570\u53d8\u5316\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u653e\u7535\u7b49\u79bb\u5b50\u70e7\u7ed3\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u5236\u5907\u4e860.33%\u6c2f\u63ba\u6742\u7684AgBi3<\/sub>S5<\/sub>\u4e09\u5143\u786b\u5316\u7269\uff0c\u5176\u70ed\u7535\u4f18\u503c\u5728800 K\u65f6\u63a5\u8fd1\u4e8e1.0\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>1.
