\u3010\u7814\u7a76\u5185\u5bb9\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n h\/g\u7684\u4f4e\u6bd4\u5bb9\u91cf\u78b3\u57fa\u6750\u6599\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0cSi\u3001Ge\u3001Sn\u7b49\u5355\u8d28\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8d1f\u6781\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684\u6bd4\u5bb9\u91cf\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u53d7\u9650\u4e8e\u591a\u6b21\u4f7f\u7528\u540e\u7684\u5bb9\u91cf\u5feb\u901f\u8870\u51cf\u800c\u96be\u4ee5\u5b9e\u9645\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u9521\uff08SnO2\uff09\u8d1f\u6781\u6750\u6599\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u8d8a\u7684\u5faa\u73af\u6027\u80fd\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u6781\u5927\u5173\u6ce8\uff0c\u5176\u7406\u8bba\u5bb9\u91cf\uff08783 h\/g\uff09\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u77f3\u58a8\u8d1f\u6781\u4e24\u500d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u73b0\u6709SnO2\u548c\u5355\u8d28\u8d1f\u6781\u6750\u6599\u90fd\u5728\u9502\u79bb\u5b50\u7535\u6c60\u7535\u5316\u5b66\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u65e0\u6cd5\u514b\u670d\u4f53\u79ef\u81a8\u80c0\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u74f6\u9888\uff0c\u5faa\u73af\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u96be\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u5e94\u7528\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5f00\u53d1\u65b0\u7684\u9ad8\u5faa\u73af\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\/\u9ad8\u5bb9\u91cf\u7684SnO2\u57fa\u9502\u7535\u8d1f\u6781\u6750\u6599\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n A\/g\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e0b\u5faa\u73af100\u5708\u4e4b\u540e\u5bb9\u91cf\u4e0d\u8870\u51cf\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301950 mA h\/g\u7684\u5bb9\u91cf\uff1b\u57282 A\/g\u7684\u5927\u7535\u6d41\u4e0b\u4fdd\u6301\u5177\u6709700 mA h\/g\u7684\u5bb9\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n
