of Applied Physics\u4e0a\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u53d1\u73b0Bean\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u6a21\u578b\u4e0e\u78c1\u573a\u5b9e\u9645\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5206\u5e03\u5b58\u5728\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u3002\u5165\u5c04\u573a\u660e\u660e\u662f\u98de\u8dc3\u5f0f\u7a81\u7136\u589e\u5927\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u662fBean\u6a21\u578b\u9884\u6d4b\u7684\u5374\u662f\u5e73\u7a33\u7684\u7f13\u6162\u589e\u5927\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b0\u7684\u53d1\u73b0\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u91cd\u590d\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u64cd\u4f5c\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>TFMs\u867d\u7136\u5f88\u5438\u5f15\u4eba\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5176\u5e94\u7528\u59cb\u7ec8\u53d7\u5230\u963b\u788d\u3002\u4f11\u65af\u6566\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u65b0\u53d1\u73b0\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u63d0\u9ad8\u5f88\u591a\u76f8\u5173\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u5229\u7528\u7269\u7406\u5b66\u89c4\u5f8b\u6765\u89e3\u91ca\u8fd9\u4e00\u73b0\u8c61\u8fd8\u6709\u5f85\u4e8e\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56fe\u4e00<\/strong>
