a\uff0cPEC\u88c5\u7f6e\u793a\u610f\u56fe\u3002QD\u5c42\u6784\u6210\u5149\u7535\u9633\u6781\u7684\u6709\u6e90\u533a\u3002\u53f3\u8fb9\u662f\u5149\u751f\u7a7a\u7a74\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u5316\u7269\uff0c\u800c\u7535\u5b50\u5728Pt\u9634\u6781\u4e0a\u8fd8\u539f\u6c22\u3002\u76d0\u6865\u8fde\u63a5\u4e24\u4e2a\u7535\u6781\u5e76\u8fd0\u8f93H+<\/sup>\u548cNa+<\/sup>\u3002<\/p>\n b\uff0c\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6b63\u5e38\u6c22\u7535\u6781\uff0cNHE\uff08V\uff09\uff0cQD\u5149\u7535\u6781\u7684\u80fd\u7ea7\uff08Eg<\/sub>\u4e3aQD\u5e26\u9699\uff09\u3002\u7535\u5b50\u4f7fQD\u5c42\u901a\u8fc7TiO 2<\/sub>\u5177\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u52bf\u6765\u5c06H+<\/sup>\u8fd8\u539f\u6210H2<\/sub>\uff0c\u800c\u7a7a\u7a74\u53ef\u4ee5\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u5316\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n c\uff0cd\uff0cQD\u5c42\u539a\u5ea6\u4e3a\uff08c\uff09265nm\u548c\uff08d\uff09370nm\u7684\u5178\u578bPbS QD\u5149\u7535\u6781\u7684\u626b\u63cf\u7535\u5b50\u663e\u5fae\u7167\u7247\u3002\u4e24\u4e2a\u56fe\u50cf\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5c3a\u76f8\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n e\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5728\u5355\u4e2a\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\u5185\u5438\u6536\u7684\u9ad8\u80fd\u91cf\u5149\u5b50\uff0cMEG\u4ea7\u751f\u53ef\u4ee5\u53c2\u4e0e\u6c27\u5316\u548c\u8fd8\u539f\u53cd\u5e94\u7684\u4e24\u4e2a\u6216\u591a\u4e2a\u7535\u5b50-\u7a7a\u7a74\u5bf9\u3002\u5728QD\u8868\u9762\u4f7f\u7528\u5316\u5b66\u53cd\u5e94\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06\u989d\u5916\u7684\u8f7d\u4f53\u76f4\u63a5\u50a8\u5b58\u5728\u5316\u5b66\u952e\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n QD\u5149\u7535\u6781\u4ea7\u6c22\u6709\u5e26\u9699Eg<\/sub>\u4e3a0 .85eV\uff08\u7ea2\u8272\u5706\u5708\uff09\uff0c0.92eV\uff08\u7eff\u8272\u6b63\u65b9\u5f62\uff09\u548c1.08eV\uff08\u9ed1\u8272\u4e09\u89d2\u5f62\uff09\u7684EQE\uff08\u586b\u5145\u7b26\u53f7\uff09\u3002\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf9380-500nm\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684IPCE\uff08\u5f00\u653e\u7b26\u53f7\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002<\/p>\n b\uff0cPbS QD\u5149\u7535\u6781\u7684\u5178\u578b\u7a33\u6001\u65a9\u5149\u7535\u6d41\u6d4b\u91cf\uff08\u5c3a\u5ea6\u4e3a5 \u03bcAcm–<\/sup>2<\/sup>\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n c\uff0c\u7b26\u53f7\u8868\u793aPbS QD\u5149\u7535\u6781\u5728\u5e26\u9699Eg<\/sub>\u4e3a0.85eV\uff08\u7ea2\u8272\u5706\u5708\uff09\uff0c0.92eV\uff08\u7eff\u8272\u65b9\u5757\uff09\u548c1.08eV\uff08\u9ed1\u8272\u4e09\u89d2\u5f62\uff09\u7684IPCE\u3002 \u865a\u7ebf\u662f\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2dQD\u7684\u5438\u6536\u5149\u8c31\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe\u4e09\uff1a\u524d\u540e\u7167\u660e\u7684<\/strong>IPCE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u524d\u9762\uff08\u5b9e\u5fc3\u5706\uff09\u548c\u80cc\u9762\uff08\u7a7a\u5fc3\u5706\uff09\u7167\u660e\u548cQD\u5c42\u7684\u4e24\u4e2a\u539a\u5ea6\uff08\u84dd\u8272= 265nm\u548c\u7ea2\u8272= 370nm\uff09\u7684IPCE\uff08QD Eg<\/sub>\uff1a0.85eV\uff09\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002\uff08\u63d2\u56fe\uff1a\u5149\u7167\u8def\u5f84\u7684\u6f14\u793a\uff09<\/p>\n
