China Materials\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0SCMs\uff09\uff0c\u539f\u9898\u4e3a\uff1a<strong><em>Inorganic cesium lead halide CsPbX3 nanowires for long-term stable solar cells. nm\u7684CsPbI<sub>3<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ebf\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u79bb\u5b50\u4ea4\u6362\u6cd5\u5728\u4e24\u5206\u949f\u5185(\u5c06CsPbI<sub>3<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ebf\u6d78\u6ce1\u5728CsBr\u7684\u7532\u9187\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d)\u6210\u529f\u5c06\u975e\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u76f8\u7684CsPbI<sub>3<\/sub>\u7f6e\u6362\u4e3a\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u76f8\u7684CsPbBr<sub>3<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ebf\u3002\u968f\u540e\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u5229\u7528\u7c89\u672bX\u5c04\u7ebf\u884d\u5c04\u3001\u7d2b\u5916\u53ef\u89c1\u5438\u6536\u5149\u8c31\u3001\u8367\u5149\u53d1\u5149\u5149\u8c31\u7b49\u8868\u5f81\u624b\u6bb5\u8be6\u7ec6\u7814\u7a76\u4e86CsPbI<sub>3<\/sub>\u4e2d\u7898\u79bb\u5b50\u4e0e\u6eb4\u79bb\u5b50\u7684\u4ea4\u6362\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5728CsPbI<sub>3<\/sub>\u5411CsPbBr<sub>3<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ebf\u8f6c\u6362\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u9664\u4e86I\u5230Br\u7684\u5364\u7d20\u79bb\u5b50\u4ea4\u6362\u4e4b\u5916\u8fd8\u4f34\u968f\u7740\u6676\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u79bb\u5b50\u4ea4\u6362\u524dCsPbI<sub>3<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ebf\u4e3a\u975e\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5e26\u9699\u503c\u7ea6\u4e3a2.7
