RNA\u5e72\u6270\u6280\u672f\u5728\u75be\u75c5\u7cbe\u51c6\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u6709\u975e\u5e38\u826f\u597d\u7684\u524d\u666f\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u4f55\u5c06\u76ee\u6807siRNA\u51c6\u786e\u9012\u9001\u5230\u9776\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u6c89\u9ed8\u9776\u57fa\u56e0\u662f\u76ee\u524dsiRNA\u9012\u9001\u7684\u96be\u9898\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u53d7\u4f53\u86cb\u767d\u3001\u6297\u4f53\u7b49\u5df2\u88ab\u7528\u4e8esiRNA\u7684\u9776\u5411\u9012\u9001\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d7\u4f53\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u591a\u79cd\u7ec6\u80de\u4e0a\u90fd\u6709\u8868\u8fbe\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4f1a\u5f15\u8d77\u8131\u9776\u6bd2\u6027\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u6750\u6599\u7528\u4e8esiRNA\u7684\u9012\u9001\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u9633\u79bb\u5b50\u8102\u8d28\u4f53\u3001\u9633\u79bb\u5b50\u805a\u5408\u7269\u548c\u65e0\u673a\u7eb3\u7c73\u7c92\u7b49\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u81ea\u7ec4\u88c5DNA\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ed3\u6784\u4ee5\u5176\u7075\u6d3b\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3001\u53ef\u63a7\u7684\u7c92\u5f84\u3001\u6613\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u4fee\u9970\u548c\u826f\u597d\u7684\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u7b49\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u6781\u5177\u4f18\u52bf\u7684\u7684siRNA\u9012\u9001\u8f7d\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n

\n\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u5357\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u97a0\u7180\u5148\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\uff08\u5171\u901a\u8baf\uff09\u7ec4\u5728Nature Communications\u6742\u5fd7\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u9898\u4e3a\u201cA DNA dual lock-and-key strategy for cell-subtype-specific siRNA delivery\u201d\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u4ee5DNA\u53cc\u9501\u7ed3\u6784\u4e3a\u7b56\u7565\u7684DNA\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ed3\u6784\uff08siRNA-ONV\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ed3\u6784\u53ef\u5c06siRNA\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u9012\u9001\u5230\u7279\u5b9a\u80bf\u7624\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e00\u79cd\u4f4e\u5ea6\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u7684siRNA\u9012\u9001\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong>
