\u3010\u5f15\u8a00\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u7845\u548c\u4e00\u4e9bIII\u2013V\u65cf\u7684\u91d1\u5c5e\u7531\u4e8e\u5177\u5907\u8bf8\u5982\u4f18\u826f\u7684\u673a\u68b0\u5f3a\u5ea6\u3001\u9ad8\u7684\u70ed\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3001\u4e0e\u57fa\u8d28\u53ca\u5176\u5b83\u6750\u6599\u7684\u826f\u597d\u7684\u517c\u5bb9\u6027\u7b49\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6027\u8d28\uff0c\u5728\u6700\u521d\u7684\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u4ea7\u4e1a\u4e2d\u5927\u91cf\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u7136\u800c\u968f\u7740\u8d85\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u96c6\u6210\u5316\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f20\u7edf\u6750\u6599\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c S\u3001 Ge\u3001 III\u2013V \u5316\u5408\u7269\u3001 SiC\u3001GaAs \u548c GaN\u7b49\uff09\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u529f\u80fd\u4e0a\u7684\u5c40\u9650\u6027\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4e0e\u8fd9\u79cd\u8d85\u524d\u6280\u672f\u5e76\u9a7e\u9f50\u9a71\uff0c\u96c6\u6210\u7535\u8def\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u589e\u52a0\u4f20\u5bfc\u901f\u7387\u6216\u5c06\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u7f29\u5c0f\u5c3a\u5bf8\u96c6\u6210\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u82af\u7247\u4e0a\u3002\u800c\u4f34\u968f\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u7f29\u5c0f\uff0c\u5176\u8fde\u63a5\u90e8\u4ef6\u7684\u5c3a\u5bf8\u4e5f\u4f1a\u7f29\u5c0f\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u8fd9\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u5f00\u53d1\u7528\u4e8e\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6750\u6599\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\u6709\u673a\u805a\u5408\u7269\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u65b0\u578b\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u5c06\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u7f6e\u4e8e\u65e0\u673a\u516d\u89d2\u6c2e\u5316\u787c\u9876\u7aef\u6210\u4e3a\u975e\u96f6\u80fd\u5e26\u9699\u7684\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u7684\u6280\u672f\u4e5f\u5e94\u8fd0\u800c\u751f\u3002\u5728MOFs\u4e2d\u6709\u673a\u914d\u4f53\u4e5f\u4f1a\u5c06\u65e0\u673a\u91d1\u5c5e\u8282\u70b9\u5206\u5272\u6210\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u53f0\u6e7e\u7701\u4e2d\u592e\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u7684\u5415\u5149\u70c8\u7814\u7a76\u7ec4<\/strong>\u5728Advanced Materials<\/strong>\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u4e00\u7bc7\u9898\u4e3a\u201cSemiconductor Metal\u2013Organic Frameworks: Future Low-Bandgap Materials<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u7ec4\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u5173\u4e8eMOF\u7684\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6027\u3001\u80fd\u5e26\u7406\u8bba\u548c\u5fae\u578b\u7535\u5b50\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u5e94\u7528\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe1\uff1aMOFs\u4f5c\u4e3an\u578b\u6216p\u578b\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u7528\u4e8e\u91d1\u5c5e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u573a\u6548\u5e94\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u4f53\u7cfb\u7684\u56fe\u793a<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe\u793a\u8868\u660e\u7528\u4e8e\u5404\u79cd\u96c6\u6210\u7535\u8def\u7684\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u5c06MOFs\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6d3b\u6027\u6210\u5206<\/p>\n \u56fe2\uff1a\u57fa\u4e8e3D Sr-MOF\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u7528\u4e8e\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u539f\u7406\u56fe<\/strong><\/p>\n (a) \u901a\u8fc7\u67f1\u5f62\u914d\u4f53\u8fde\u63a5\u7684\u57fa\u4e8eSr-MOF\u7684\u5c42\u72b6\u7ed3\u6784\uff1b<\/p>\n (b) \u7528\u4e8e\u5668\u4ef6\u540e\u968f\u6e29\u5ea6\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u76f4\u6d41\u5bfc\u7535\u7387\uff1b<\/p>\n \u56fe3\uff1a3D Sr-MOF\u7684\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6570\u636e<\/strong><\/p>\n (a) Sr-MOF\u7684\u5355\u6676\u7ed3\u6784\uff1b<\/p>\n (b) \u603b\u6001\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff08\u84dd\u8272\u533a\uff09\u548c\u5206\u6ce2\u6001\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff08\u5176\u5b83\u989c\u8272\u533a\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n \u56fe4\uff1a3D \u534a\u5bfc\u4f53Sr-MOF\u4e0e\u5df2\u62a5\u9053\u7684\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53MOF\u7684\u80fd\u5e26\u9699\u6bd4\u8f83<\/strong><\/p>\n IRMOF-10 = {M4O(L)3}\uff0cL = 4,4\u2032-\u8054\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u4e8c\u7532\u916f\uff1bMIL-125 = {Ti8O8(OH)4(L)6}\uff0cL = 1,4-\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u4e8c\u7532\u916f (bdc)\uff1bMOF-5 = {Zn4O(1\uff0c4-\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u4e8c\u7532\u916f)3}\uff1bMFU-4 = {MZn4(L)4(L\u2032)6}\uff0c(M = Co(II) or Zn\uff1b L = \u6c2f\u5316\u7269\u6216\u4e59\u9170\u4e19\u916e;
