\u805a\u5de6\u65cb\u4e73\u9178\uff08PLLA\uff09\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u751f\u7269\u964d\u89e3\u3001\u65e0\u6bd2\u6027\u3001\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u526a\u5207\u538b\u7535\u7cfb\u6570\u7b49\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u79d1\u5b66\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8e\u5b83\u7684\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u76f8\u7ee7\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u836f\u7269\u8f7d\u4f53\u3001\u521b\u4f24\u4fee\u590d\u3001\u9aa8\u9abc\u6108\u5408\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n \u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e2d\u5728PLLA\u8584\u819c\u4e0a\u65bd\u52a0\u6301\u7eed\u7684DC\uff08\u76f4\u6d41\uff09\u7535\u573a\u3002\u5176\u4e2dPLLA\u8584\u819c\u5206\u522b\u5728\u4e0e\u5176d14\u548cd31\u526a\u5207\u6a21\u91cf\u7684\u62c9\u4f38\u65b9\u5411\u62100\u00b0\u548c45\u00b0\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u526a\u5207\u800c\u6210\uff0c\u56fe\u4e2d\u5bfc\u7535\u6c27\u5316\u94df\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7535\u6781\u6750\u6599\u5206\u522b\u5728PLLA\u8584\u819c\u7684\u4e0a\u4e0b\u9762\u4e0a\uff0c\u5176\u539a\u5ea6\u572870-100nm\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6c27\u5316\u94df\u8f83\u8584\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5176\u5728\u7ea2\u5916\u5149\u8c31\u4e2d\u6ca1\u6709\u663e\u8457\u7684IR\u5438\u6536\u5e26\u3002<\/p>\n DSC<\/strong>\u70ed\u5206\u6790\u56fe\u8c31<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n PLLA\u8584\u819c\u7684\u52a0\u70ed\u6216\u51b7\u5374\u901f\u7387\u4e3a10\u2103\/min\uff0c\u8be5DSC\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e2d\u53ef\u770b\u51fa\uff0cPLLA\u8584\u819c\u7684\u51b7\u7ed3\u6676\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e3a103\u2103\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u5176\u70ed\u7113\u53d8\u2206Hm\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u516c\u5f0f\u8ba1\u7b97\u5f97\u5230\uff1a\u5176\u4e2d\u2206Hc=93.3J\/g\uff0c\u5176\u7ed3\u6676\u5ea6\u4e3a62.5%\u3002<\/p>\n PLLA<\/strong>\u4e0a\u7535\u8377\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e0e\u538b\u529b\u7684\u5173\u7cfb<\/strong><\/p>\n \u901a\u8fc7\u6c42\u659c\u7387\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230PLLA\u7684\u538b\u7535\u7cfb\u6570d14<\/sub>\u4e3a10.2pC\/N\u3002<\/p>\n PLLA<\/strong>\u8584\u819c\u7684\u504f\u632f\u7ea2\u5916\u5149\u5149\u8c31<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe\u793a\u4e3a\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8e\u62c9\u4f38\u65b9\u5411\u7684\u5782\u76f4\uff08\u865a\u7ebf\uff09\u548c\u5e73\u884c\uff08\u5b9e\u7ebf\uff09\u65b9\u5411\u4e0a\u7684\u504f\u632f\u5165\u5c04\u5149\u5728800-1000cm-1<\/sup>\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u504f\u632f\u7ea2\u5916\u5149\u5149\u8c31\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5782\u76f4\u65b9\u5411\u504f\u632f\u5149\u8c31\uff08\u865a\u7ebf\uff09\u8868\u660e\u5728923cm-1<\/sup>\u548c912cm-1<\/sup>\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4e0a\u5206\u522b\u4e3aPLLA\u7684\u03b1\u548c\u03b2\u6784\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n d14<\/sub><\/strong>\u6a21\u91cf\u4e0b\u7684<\/strong>PLLA<\/strong>\u8584\u819c\u5728<\/strong>0-100 MV\/m<\/strong>\u7684\u7535\u573a\u4e0b\u7684<\/strong>FTIR<\/strong>\u5149\u8c31<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09d14<\/sub>\u6a21\u91cf\u4e0b\u7684PLLA\u8584\u819c\u57280-100 MV\/m\u7684\u7535\u573a\u4e0b\u7684FTIR\u5149\u8c31\u3002\u8be5PLLA\u8584\u819c\u662f\u6cbf\u7740\u62c9\u4f38\u8584\u819c\u7684\u957f\u8fb945\u302b\u89d2\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u526a\u5207\u7684\u3002\u5b9e\u7ebf\u4ece\u4e0b\u5f80\u4e0a\u5206\u522b\u4ee3\u8868\uff1a0\uff0c20\uff0c40\uff0c60\uff0c80\u548c100MV\/m\u7684\u7535\u573a\u5f3a\u5ea6\u3002\u03bd\u548cr\u5206\u522b\u4ee3\u8868\u62c9\u4f38\u548c\u6447\u6446\u632f\u52a8\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002s\u548cas\u5206\u522b\u4ee3\u8868\u5bf9\u79f0\u548c\u975e\u5bf9\u79f0\u3002<\/p>\n \uff08b\uff09\u4ee5d14<\/sub>\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e0b\u7684PLLA\u8584\u819c\u7279\u5f81\u7ea2\u5916\u8c31\u5e26\u5438\u6536\u5f3a\u5ea6\u7684\u53d8\u5316vs\u7535\u573a\u5f3a\u5ea6\u4f5c\u56fe\u3002IE<\/sub>\u548cI0<\/sub>\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u662f\u5728\u7535\u573a\u4e3aE\u548c0\u65f6\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n \u5728<\/strong>d31<\/sub><\/strong>\u6a21\u91cf\u4e0b\u7684<\/strong>PLLA<\/strong>\u8584\u819c\u5728\u7535\u573a\u4e0b\u7684<\/strong>FTIR<\/strong>\u5438\u6536\u56fe\u8c31<\/strong><\/p>\n \u5176\u4e2dPLLA\u8584\u819c\u4e3a\u6cbf\u7740\u8584\u819c\u7684\u957f\u5ea6\u65b9\u5411\u526a\u5207\u3002FTIR\u56fe\u8c31\u8868\u660e\uff1a\u5728\u7535\u573a\u4e0bPLLA\u8584\u819c\u4e0a\u7684C=O\u5b98\u80fd\u56e2\u5438\u6536\u5f3a\u5ea6\u6709\u660e\u663e\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u5728\u7535\u573a\u4e0bC=O\u7684\u65cb\u8f6c\u9020\u6210\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u5c0f\u7ed3\u3011<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u7ecf\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u62c9\u4f38\u6210\u578b\u7684\u03b1\u578bPLLA\u7684\u538b\u7535\u526a\u5207\u6a21\u91cf\u7cfb\u6570d14(~10 pC\/N)\u4e3b\u8981\u6765\u81ea\u4e8e\u805a\u5408\u7269\u4e3b\u94fe\u4e2d\u7684C=O\u53cc\u952e\u5076\u6781\u77e9\u65cb\u8f6c\u3002\u800c\u8be5\u5076\u6781\u949c\u7684\u65cb\u8f6c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5176\u6676\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u53d8\u5f62\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e0ePLLA\u8584\u819c\u6cbf\u5b8f\u4e0a\u6cbf\u5176\u9ad8\u5206\u5b50\u4e3b\u94fe45\u00b0\u65b9\u5411\u4e0a\u7684\u526a\u5207\u5e94\u529b\u76f8\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86\u4e86\u6676\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u53d8\u5f62\u7684\u5b9e\u8d28\u3002\u5f53\u5916\u90e8\u7535\u573a\u8fbe\u5230100MV\/m\u65f6\uff0cPLLA\u7684\u9aa8\u5e72\u5206\u5b50\u94fe\u4f9d\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fdd\u6301\u81ea\u5df110\u00a03<\/sup>\u7684\u87ba\u65cb\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u8bba\u6587\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u76f8\u5173\u8bba\u6587\u53d1\u8868\u5728Journal film by infrared spectroscopy<\/a><\/p>\n
