2p\u626b\u63cf)\uff0c\u8be5\u56fe\u7ecf\u8fc7Shirley\u80cc\u666f\u62df\u5408\u548c\u6839\u636eGaussian-Lorentzian\u65b9\u6cd5\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u3002Ni 2p 1\/2\u548c3\/2\u5cf0\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u662f\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e3a5eV\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u80fd\u5927\u7ea6852.7eV\u548c870.2eV\u88ab\u5206\u914d\u7ed9NiS\uff0c855.2eV\u548c872.7eV\u5904\u7684\u5cf0\u663e\u793a\u4e86\u9664\u4e86Ni2+<\/sup>\u4e4b\u5916Ni\u7684\u66f4\u9ad8\u4ef7\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n c.\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u653e\u5927\u7684NiSx<\/em>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7c92\u5b50\u7684TEM\u56fe(\u767d\u8272\u7bad\u5934\u663e\u793a)\u3002<\/p>\n d.\u5355\u4e2aNiSx<\/em>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7c92\u5b50\u7684\u9ad8\u5206\u8fa8TEM\u56fe\uff0cd\u56fe\u4e2d\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u6bd4NiS(100)\u6676\u9762(0.29nm)\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u6676\u9762\u8ddd(0.31nm)\uff0c\u6709\u7f3a\u9677\u7684\u6676\u683c\u6392\u5e03\u663e\u793a\u4e86NiSx<\/em>\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n
