\u56fe3\u4e3a\u9ad8\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u900f\u5c04\u7535\u955c\uff08HRTEM\uff09\u5b9e\u9a8c\u56fe\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8868\u5f81\u7eb3\u7c73\u4e1d\u66f4\u4e3a\u7cbe\u7ec6\u7684\u6838\u58f3\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe4\u5c55\u793a\u4e86GaAs-Ga2O3\u7eb3\u7c73\u4e1d\u6838\u58f3\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u6700\u6697\u7684\u4e3aAu\u7eb3\u7c73\u5fae\u7c92\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u886c\u5ea6\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u53ef\u4ee5\u533a\u5206\u5185\u6838\u548c\u5916\u58f3\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9876\u90e8Au\u7eb3\u7c73\u5fae\u7c92\u7684\u5f62\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n \u900f\u5c04\u7535\u955c\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u9650\u5236\u5c31\u662f\u4e0d\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u68c0\u6d4b\u8f83\u539a\u7684\u6837\u54c1\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u5f25\u8865\u900f\u5c04\u7535\u955c\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u8bfe\u9898\u7ec4\u4f1a\u7ed3\u5408\u626b\u63cf\u7535\u955c\u8868\u5f81\u5f62\u8c8c\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u626b\u63cf\u7535\u955c\u56fe\u80fd\u6e05\u6670\u5730\u5c55\u793a\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5f62\u8c8c\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u8868\u5f81\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u8be5\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0d\u53ca\u900f\u5c04\u7535\u955c\u666e\u904d\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8f85\u52a9\u8868\u5f81\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02. \u8868\u5f81\u6838\u58f3\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u6210\u5206<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe6 \u5927\u90b1\u5e86\u5317\u79d1\u5b66\u6280\u672f\u9662Youngu Lee\uff08\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005\uff09\u5f97\u5230\u7684Cu-C\u6838\u58f3\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ed3\u6784\u5143\u7d20\u6620\u5c04\u56fe\u50cf\uff0c\u84dd\u8272\u4e3a\u5185\u6838\u94dc\uff0c\u7ea2\u8272\u4e3a\u5916\u58f3\u78b3<\/strong><\/p>\n
