eV\u7684\u95f4\u63a5\u5e26\u9699\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cReSe2\u662f\u5c42\u72b6\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\uff0c\u5c42\u4e0e\u5c42\u4e4b\u95f4\u901a\u8fc7\u5f31\u7684\u8303\u5fb7\u534e\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u7ed3\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u94fc\u539f\u5b50\u5e73\u9762\u5982\u540c\u4e09\u660e\u6cbb\u72b6\u7684\u88ab\u5939\u5728\u4e24\u5c42\u7852\u539f\u5b50\u5e73\u9762\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u5176\u5b83\u62a5\u9053\u7684TMDs\u7ed3\u6784\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u5982MoS2\u3001MoSe2\u3001WS2\u548cWSE2\u7b49\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6TMDs\u4e0d\u540c\uff0cReSe2\u7ed3\u6784\u662f\u76f8\u5f53\u72ec\u7279\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5176\u9762\u5185\u94fc\u539f\u5b50\u4e00\u7ef4\u94fe\u6392\u5217\u4e3a\u6cbfb\u8f74\u8fde\u7ed3\u7684Re4\u201c\u94bb\u77f3\u201d\u5f62\u72b6\u3002<\/p>\n
