strategy\uff09\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u81ea\u7ec4\u88c5\u5355\u5c42\uff08SAMs\uff09\u7684\u5438\u9644\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u591a\u79cd\u5b9e\u9a8c\u624b\u6bb5\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e86\u5176\u6548\u679c\u3002\u4f5c\u8005\u901a\u8fc7\u6eb6\u5242\u6781\u6027\u8c03\u63a7\u6291\u5236SAMs\u5206\u5b50\u5728\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u805a\u96c6\uff08\u5982\u5f62\u6210\u80f6\u675f\uff09\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6eb6\u89e3\u6027\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u6eb6\u5242\u4e0e\u57fa\u5e95\uff08\u5982ITO\uff09\u7684\u7ade\u4e89\u5438\u9644\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdbSAMs\u5206\u5b50\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u5bc6\u96c6\u5730\u5438\u9644\u5230\u57fa\u5e95\u8868\u9762\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5206\u6b65\u5904\u7406\uff08\u5148\u6eb6\u89e3SAMs\u4e8e\u9ad8\u6781\u6027\u6eb6\u5242\uff0c\u518d\u5f15\u5165\u4f4e\u6781\u6027\u6297\u6eb6\u5242\uff09\uff0c\u5c06SAMs\u7684\u6eb6\u89e3\u4e0e\u5438\u9644\u8fc7\u7a0b\u89e3\u8026\u3002\u7ed3\u5408\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u79cd\u5b50\u5c42\u9884\u6df7\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u57fa\u5e95\u4e0e\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u524d\u9a71\u4f53\u7684\u4eb2\u548c\u6027\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5316\u5b66\u6865\u63a5\u3002<\/p>\n V\uff0c\u63a5\u8fd1\u7406\u8bba\u6781\u9650\u3002\u67d4\u6027\u5668\u4ef6\u5728\u5f2f\u66f2\u534a\u5f845 CIGS\u5e95\u7535\u6c60\u96c6\u6210\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5236\u5907\u4e86\u67d4\u6027\u5355\u7247\u9499\u949b\u77ff\/CIGS\u4e32\u8054\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u3002\u626b\u63cf\u7535\u955c\u663e\u793a\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5c42\u5b8c\u5168\u8986\u76d6CIGS\u7c97\u7cd9\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u754c\u9762\u65e0\u5b54\u6d1e\u6216\u5c16\u7aef\u66b4\u9732\u3002\u4f18\u5316\u540e\u76841.09 cm\u00b2\u67d4\u6027\u4e32\u8054\u7535\u6c60\u5728\u53cd\u5411\u626b\u63cf\u4e0b\u5b9e\u73b024.9%\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u6548\u7387\uff08Voc=1.765 V\uff0cJsc=17.9 mA cm\u207b\u00b2\uff0cFF=78.9%\uff09\uff0c\u7a33\u5b9a\u8f93\u51fa\u529f\u738724.6%\u3002EQE\u5149\u8c31\u663e\u793a\u5b50\u7535\u6c60\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\u5206\u522b\u4e3a19.8 mA cm\u207b\u00b2\uff08\u9499\u949b\u77ff\uff09\u548c18.1 mA cm\u207b\u00b2\uff08CIGS\uff09\uff0c46\u4e2a\u6279\u6b21\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u6548\u7387\u8fbe23.8%\uff0c\u5c55\u73b0\u826f\u597d\u91cd\u590d\u6027\u3002\u5c06\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5e26\u9699\u63d0\u5347\u81f31.72 eV\u867d\u6539\u5584\u7535\u6d41\u5339\u914d\uff0c\u4f46FF\u4e0b\u964d\u5bfc\u81f4\u6574\u4f53\u6548\u7387\u7ef4\u630124.6%\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u9700\u51cf\u5c11\u5bbd\u7981\u5e26\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u7684Voc\u635f\u5931\u3002\u7ecf\u8ba4\u8bc1\u76841.09
