\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\uff08PSCs\uff09\u5df2\u7ecf\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u529f\u7387\u8f6c\u6362\u6548\u7387\uff08PCE\uff09\u548c\u4f4e\u5236\u9020\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u4f46PSCs\u8f83\u5dee\u7684\u957f\u671f\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u963b\u788d\u4e86\u5176\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u3002\u589e\u6750\u5de5\u7a0b\u3001\u754c\u9762\u5de5\u7a0b\u548c\u4f20\u8f93\u5c42\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5df2\u5c06PSCs\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d\u5ef6\u957f\u81f3\u6570\u5343\u5c0f\u65f6\uff0c\u4f46\u6df7\u5408\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5438\u6536\u5668\u7684\u5185\u5728\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u5176\u5168\u9762\u5546\u4e1a\u90e8\u7f72\u6f5c\u529b\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u969c\u788d\u3002\u7532\u8112\u57fa\u4e09\u7898\u5316\u94c5\uff08FAPbI3<\/sub>\uff09\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u5355\u7ed3PSCs\u6700\u5177\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u5438\u6536\u5242\uff0c\u4f46FAPbI3<\/sub>\u5b58\u5728\u590d\u6742\u7684\u7ed3\u6676\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u548c\u70ed\u529b\u5b66\u4e9a\u7a33\u6027\uff0c\u5236\u5907\u975e\u5408\u91d1\u548c\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u03b1-FAPbI3<\/sub>\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u6bd4\u8f83\u56f0\u96be\u3002\u4e0e\u975e\u5149\u6d3b\u6027\u03b4-FAPbI3<\/sub>\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u03b1-FAPbCl3<\/sub>\u7684\u9ad8\u6210\u6838\u52bf\u5792\u3001FAI\u7684\u4f20\u8d28\u9650\u5236\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0e\u03b1\u76f8\u964d\u89e3\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5bf9\u6c34\u5206\u7684\u654f\u611f\u6027\uff0c\u8fd9\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u8584\u819c\u6676\u4f53\u8d28\u91cf\u4f4e\u3001\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u5dee\u3002\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u7ed3\u6676\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7684\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u8c03\u8282\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u7f13\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b9\u6cd5\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\u6b8b\u7559\u7684\u6210\u5206\u6dfb\u52a0\u5242\u5728FAPbI3<\/sub>\u4e2d\u5f15\u5165\u989d\u5916\u7684\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6dfb\u52a0\u5242\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u9633\u79bb\u5b50\u2014\u9634\u79bb\u5b50\u5206\u79bb\u3001\u70ed\u5206\u89e3\u3001\u751a\u81f3FA+<\/sup>\u548c\u8def\u6613\u65af\u78b1\u7269\u79cd\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4eb2\u6838\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n
