\u4e00\u3001\u3010\u79d1\u5b66\u80cc\u666f\u3011<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n \u805a\u5bf9\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u4e59\u4e8c\u9187\u916f\uff08PET\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5e7f\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5851\u6599\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u56e0\u5176\u8010\u4e45\u6027\u548c\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u800c\u96be\u4ee5\u81ea\u7136\u964d\u89e3\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u73af\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u4eec\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u5f00\u53d1\u80fd\u591f\u6709\u6548\u964d\u89e3PET\u7684\u9176\uff0c\u5373PET\u6c34\u89e3\u9176\uff08PETases\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u5851\u6599\u7684\u751f\u7269\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n \u5c3d\u7ba1\u5df2\u6709\u4e00\u4e9bPET\u964d\u89e3\u9176\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6765\u81ea\u7ec6\u83ccIdeonella sakaiensis\u7684IsPETase\u9176\u548c\u53f6\u5806\u80a5\u89d2\u8d28\u9176\uff08LCC\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9176\u7684\u964d\u89e3\u6548\u7387\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\u6f5c\u529b\u4ecd\u6709\u9650\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u754c\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u66f4\u591a\u5177\u6709PET\u964d\u89e3\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u9176\uff0c\u4f46\u76ee\u524d\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6709\u6548\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u8bc6\u522b\u548c\u8bc4\u4f30\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9176\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u2014\u2014\u666f\u89c2\u5206\u6790\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u6765\u7cfb\u7edf\u5730\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u7b5b\u9009\u5177\u6709PET\u964d\u89e3\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u9176\uff0c\u4ee5\u671f\u53d1\u73b0\u66f4\u9ad8\u6548\u3001\u66f4\u5177\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\u6f5c\u529b\u7684PET\u964d\u89e3\u9176\u3002<\/p>\n \u4e8c\u3001\u3010\u521b\u65b0\u6210\u679c\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u97e9\u56fd\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u57fa\u4e8e\u81ea\u7136\u5e8f\u5217\u805a\u7c7b\u6846\u67b6\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u5206\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u7b5b\u9009\u5177\u6709PET\u964d\u89e3\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u9176\u3002\u8be5\u65b9\u6cd5\u901a\u8fc7\u6784\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u5305\u542b170\u4e2a\u805a\u7c7b\u548c1894\u4e2a\u8282\u70b9\u7684\u8bed\u4e49\u7f51\u7edc\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\u4e86\u5df2\u77e5\u7684\u5927\u591a\u6570PETases\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4e24\u8f6e\u7b5b\u9009\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86\u4e09\u4e2a\u5177\u6709\u9ad8PET\u964d\u89e3\u6f5c\u529b\u7684\u9176\u7cfb\u8c31\uff08C3\u3001C25\u548cC158\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u4ece\u4e2d\u8bc6\u522b\u51fa\u4e24\u79cd\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u6d3b\u6027\u7684PET\u964d\u89e3\u9176\uff1aMipa-P\u548cKubu-P\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9176\u5728PET\u5206\u89e3\u901f\u5ea6\u548c\u8010\u4e45\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u8272\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u5bf9Mipa-P\u548cKubu-P\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u7406\u6027\u5de5\u7a0b\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u751f\u6210\u4e86Mipa-PM19\u548cKubu-PM12\u53d8\u4f53\u3002\u7279\u522b\u662fKubu-PM12\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u5e95\u7269\u8d1f\u8377\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7684PET\u964d\u89e3\u6027\u80fd\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e86\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u57fa\u51c6\u9176\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>1 PETase<\/strong>\u5019\u9009\u7269\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u5206\u6790\u548c\u5206\u6790\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u5b9a\u641c\u7d22\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u79cd\u5b50\u5e8f\u5217\u51c6\u5907\u916f\u57fa\u5851\u6599\u6c34\u89e3\u9176\uff08<\/strong>EPH<\/strong>\uff09\u5e93\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u65b9\u6cd5\u5982\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\uff1a\u6210\u5bf9\u8ddd\u79bb\u8ba1\u7b97\u3001\u90bb\u57df\u5206\u6790\u548c\u5e03\u5c40\u3002\u5206\u522b\u4f7f\u7528\u5206\u5c42\u548c\u805a\u7c7b\u62bd\u6837\u5728\u56fe\u4e0a\u8fdb\u884c\u521d\u7b5b\u548c\u590d\u7b5b\uff0c\u4ee5\u8ffd\u8e2a\u8be5\u86cb\u767d\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u9002\u5e94\u5ea6\u666f\u89c2\u3002<\/strong>TPA<\/strong>\uff0c\u5bf9\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\uff1b<\/strong>MHET<\/strong>\uff0c\u5355<\/strong>(2-<\/strong>\u7f9f\u4e59\u57fa<\/strong>)<\/strong>\u5bf9\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\uff1b<\/strong>BHET<\/strong>\uff0c\u53cc<\/strong>(2-<\/strong>\u7f9f\u4e59\u57fa<\/strong>)<\/strong>\u5bf9\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u3002<\/strong>\u00a9 2025 Science<\/strong><\/p>\n \u672c\u6587\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u57fa\u4e8e\u81ea\u7136\u5e8f\u5217\u805a\u7c7b\u6846\u67b6\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u5206\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u7b5b\u9009\u5177\u6709PET\u964d\u89e3\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u9176\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u4eceGenBank\u6570\u636e\u5e93\u4e2d\u68c0\u7d22\u4e8625,418\u4e2a\u975e\u5197\u4f59\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7PSI-BLAST\u641c\u7d22\u4f7f\u7528\u79cd\u5b50\u5e8f\u5217\u6784\u5efa\u521d\u59cb\u5e8f\u5217\u5e93\u3002\u63a5\u7740\uff0c\u5229\u7528Wilbur\u548cLipman\u7684\u8ddd\u79bb\u77e9\u9635\u65b9\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u6210\u5bf9\u8ddd\u79bb\u8ba1\u7b97\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u90bb\u57df\u5206\u6790\u6a21\u5757\u63a7\u5236\u7f51\u7edc\u7684\u4e25\u683c\u6027\uff0c\u751f\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u5305\u542b170\u4e2a\u805a\u7c7b\u548c1894\u4e2a\u8282\u70b9\u7684\u8bed\u4e49\u7f51\u7edc\u3002\u7136\u540e\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528Cytoscape\u8f6f\u4ef6\u7684Prefuse force-directed-cl\u5e03\u5c40\u7b97\u6cd5\u5c06\u5e8f\u5217\u6620\u5c04\u5230\u4e8c\u7ef4\u62d3\u6251\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5168\u9762\u5c55\u793a\u5e8f\u5217\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5206\u5c42\u62bd\u6837\u548c\u805a\u7c7b\u62bd\u6837\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ece\u6784\u5efa\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u4e2d\u9009\u62e9\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u8282\u70b9\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bc4\u4f30\u5176PET\u964d\u89e3\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u70ed\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e3a\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bc4\u4f30\u5927\u91cf\u9176\u7684\u9002\u5e94\u5ea6\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u548c\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u53d1\u73b0\u548c\u5de5\u7a0b\u5316\u5177\u6709\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\u6f5c\u529b\u7684PET\u964d\u89e3\u9176\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>2 PETase<\/strong>\u5019\u9009\u7269\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u5206\u6790\u3002\u6bcf\u4e2a\u8282\u70b9\u4ee3\u8868\u4e00\u4e2a\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u5929\u7136\u5e8f\u5217\uff08\u8282\u70b9\u603b\u6570\u4e3a<\/strong>1894<\/strong>\uff09\u3002\u6839\u636e\u5728<\/strong>30<\/strong>\u00b0<\/strong>C<\/strong>\u4e0b\u5e73\u5747<\/strong>PET<\/strong>\u964d\u89e3\u6d3b\u6027\u5bf9\u6d4b\u8bd5\u8282\u70b9\u8fdb\u884c\u7740\u8272\uff0c\u8fb9\u7f18\u4ee5\u6d45\u7070\u8272\u663e\u793a\u3002\u4e09\u4e2a\u672a\u63a2\u7d22\u7684\u805a\u7c7b\u7528\u7eff\u8272\u65d7\u5e1c\u7a81\u51fa\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u4e24\u4e2a\u5f3a\u6548<\/strong>PETases
