\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u5408\u80a5\u5de5\u4e1a\u5927\u5b66\u5468\u5112\u8bfe\u9898\u7ec4\u4e0e\u725b\u6d25\u5927\u5b66Robert\u00a0Hoye\u00a0\u8bfe\u9898\u7ec4\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5728\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520aJournal of Materials Chemistry A\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u9898\u4e3a\u201cInterfacial defect healing of In2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\/Sb2<\/sub>(S,Se)3<\/sub>\u00a0heterojunction solar cells with a novel wide-bandgap InOCl passivator\u201d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8bba\u6587\u3002\u8be5\u6587\u7ae0\u9488\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u7535\u5b50\u4f20\u8f93\u6750\u6599In2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\u4e2d\u7684\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7a7a\u4f4d\u7f3a\u9677\u5bfc\u81f4\u5149\u7535\u5668\u4ef6\u4e2d\u754c\u9762\u7535\u8377\u590d\u5408\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u901a\u8fc7\u7b80\u5355\u7684InCl3<\/sub>\u540e\u5904\u7406\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5728In2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\u7f13\u51b2\u5c42\u548cSb2(S,Se)3\u5438\u6536\u5c42\u4e4b\u95f4\u5f15\u5165\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u578b\u4e8c\u7ef4\u5bbd\u5e26\u9699\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53InOCl\u4f5c\u4e3a\u754c\u9762\u949d\u5316\u5c42\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86In2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\/Sb2<\/sub>(S,Se)3<\/sub>\u5f02\u8d28\u754c\u9762\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u7cfb\u7edf\u5730\u5b9e\u9a8c\u200b\u200b\u548c\u8ba1\u7b97\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff1a\u5bbd\u5e26\u9699InOCl\u949d\u5316\u5242\u901a\u8fc7\u63d0\u9ad8\u7a7a\u4f4d\u5f62\u6210\u80fd\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u7f3a\u9677\u6001\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5f02\u8d28\u754c\u9762\u5904In2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\u7684\u7f3a\u9677\u4fee\u590d\u53d1\u6325\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff1b\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8be5\u754c\u9762\u5c42\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5728\u7535\u5b50\u4f20\u8f93\u5c42\/\u5438\u6536\u5c42\u754c\u9762\u5904\u5f62\u6210\u66f4\u6709\u5229\u7684\u60ac\u5d16\u72b6\u80fd\u5e26\u6392\u5217\uff0c\u5e76\u6291\u5236In2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\u5728\u6f6e\u6e7f\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3aIn(OH)3<\/sub>\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6709\u6548\u7684\u7f3a\u9677\u4fee\u590d\u4ee5\u663e\u8457\u6291\u5236\u754c\u9762\u590d\u5408\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8eIn2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\/InOCl\u7684Sb2<\/sub>(S,Se)3<\/sub>\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u83b7\u5f97\u4e865.20%\u7684\u5149\u7535\u8f6c\u6362\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u662fIn2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\u57fa\u9511\u786b\u5c5e\u5316\u7269\u8584\u819c\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n

XPS\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff1a\u7ecf\u8fc7InCl3<\/sub>\u5904\u7406\u6837\u54c1\u7684S 2p\u5cf0\u5f3a\u5ea6\u6025\u5267\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5728 In2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\u00a0\u5c42\u4e0a\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u4e00\u5c42\u8584\u8584\u7684\u4e0d\u542b\u786b\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff1bO 1s\u662f\u4ee5\u7ea6 532.1 eV \u4e3a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u4e3b\u5cf0\uff0c\u5f52\u5c5e\u4e8eIn2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\u5728\u5927\u6c14\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u6f6e\u89e3\u4ea7\u751f\u7684In(OH)3<\/sub>\uff0cInCl3<\/sub>\u540e\u5904\u7406\u5bfc\u81f4\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u989d\u5916\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7ea6 530.0 eV \u7684\u65b0\u5cf0\uff0c\u53ef\u5f52\u5c5e\u4e8eInOCl\u4e2d\u7684\u6676\u683c\u6c27\u3002Cl 2p\u5cf0\u5f3a\u5ea6\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u63ed\u793aInCl3<\/sub>\u5904\u7406\u540e\u5728In2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\u8868\u9762\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u542bCl\u7269\u8d28\uff0c\u4e0eInOCl\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u76f8\u547c\u5e94\u3002\u540c\u65f6In(OH)3<\/sub>\u5cf0\u5f3a\u7684\u660e\u663e\u964d\u4f4e\u8868\u660e InCl3<\/sub>\u00a0\u5904\u7406\u80fd\u591f\u6291\u5236 In2<\/sub>S3<\/sub>\u5728\u6f6e\u6e7f\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u7684\u6f6e\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n
