\u4e00\u3001<\/strong> \u3010\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n \u53ef\u6eb6\u6db2\u52a0\u5de5\u7684\u91d1\u5c5e\u5364\u5316\u7269\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u6750\u6599\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u9ad8\u8272\u7eaf\u5ea6\u3001\u53d1\u5149\u6ce2\u957f\u53ef\u8c03\u3001\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u7535\u8377\u4f20\u8f93\u7279\u6027\u7b49\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u53d1\u5149\u4e8c\u6781\u7ba1\uff08LEDs\uff09\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u5019\u9009\u8005\u3002\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u5341\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0d\u65ad\u4f18\u5316\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u6750\u6599\u548c\u53d1\u5149\u5668\u4ef6\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u9499\u949b\u77ffLEDs\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u6781\u5927\u7684\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u5176\u5916\u91cf\u5b50\u6548\u7387\uff08EQE\uff09\u5df2\u8d85\u8fc720%\uff0c\u63a5\u8fd1\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u7684\u6709\u673a\u548c\u65e0\u673a\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9LEDs\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u62a5\u9053\u7684\u5927\u591a\u6570\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u9499\u949b\u77ffLED\u90fd\u662f\u5728\u8f83\u4f4e\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff08<1 mA cm-2<\/sup>\uff09\u6216\u4f4e\u4eae\u5ea6\u4e0b\u5b9e\u73b0\u3002\u5728\u9ad8\u4eae\u5ea6\u4e0b\u6548\u7387\u7684\u964d\u4f4e\u548c\u5feb\u901f\u7684\u964d\u89e3\u90fd\u6781\u5927\u5730\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u9499\u949b\u77ffLEDs\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n \u4e8c\u3001\u3010\u6210\u679c\u63a0\u5f71\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u6280\u672f\u5927\u5b66\u5d14\u6797\u677e\u6559\u6388\u8bfe\u9898\u7ec4\u4e0e\u5251\u6865\u5927\u5b66<\/strong>Neil C. Greenham<\/strong>\u6559\u6388\u56e2\u961f<\/strong>\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u5206\u5b50\u7a33\u5b9a\u52422-(4-\u7532\u781c\u57fa\u82ef\u57fa)\u4e59\u80fa\uff08MSPE\uff09\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u53bb\u9664\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u4e2d\u7684\u975e\u8f90\u5c04\u6697\u533a\uff0c\u5e76\u6d88\u9664\u4e86\u5668\u4ef6\u4e2d\u5728\u7535\u8377\u8f6c\u79fb\u754c\u9762\u4e0a\u7684\u53d1\u5149\u731d\u706d\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u9ad8\u4eae\u5ea6\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\u548c\u9ad8\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\uff08~800 nm\uff09\u9499\u949b\u77ffLEDs\u3002\u5728800 nm\u53d1\u5c04\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u5149\u4e0b\uff0c\u8be5LEDs\u572833 mA cm-2<\/sup>\u65f6\u663e\u793a\u7684\u5cf0\u503cEQE\u4e3a23.8%\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728\u9ad8\u8fbe1000 mA cm-2<\/sup>\u7684\u9ad8\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5668\u4ef6\u4e5f\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u8d85\u8fc710%\u7684EQEs\uff0c\u8868\u73b0\u4e86\u8d85\u9ad8\u7684\u6548\u7387\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5728\u8109\u51b2\u5faa\u73af\u4e2d\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u57284000 mA cm-2<\/sup>\u7684\u8d85\u9ad8\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5668\u4ef6\u4ecd\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u8d85\u8fc716%\u7684EQE\u548c\u8d85\u8fc73200 W s-1<\/sup> m-2<\/sup>\u7684\u4eae\u5ea6\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u521d\u59cb\u4eae\u5ea6\u4e3a107 W s-1 <\/sup>m-2<\/sup>\u4e0b\uff0c\u662f\u76ee\u524d\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u6700\u597d\u7684\u9499\u949b\u77ffLEDs\u5668\u4ef6\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5728\u5f53\u524dEQE\u8d85\u8fc720%\u7684\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u4e2d\u5904\u4e8e\u9886\u5148\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u5728\u9ad8\u4eae\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u6548\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u9499\u949b\u77ffLEDs\u662f\u8fc8\u5411\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4e3a\u4f20\u7edfLEDs\u6280\u672f\u5f00\u8f9f\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n \u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u6587\u7ae0\u4ee5\u201cBright and stable perovskite light-emitting diodes in the near-infrared range<\/em><\/strong>\u201d\u4e3a\u9898\u53d1\u8868\u5728Nature<\/em><\/strong>\u4e0a\u3002\u5251\u6865\u5927\u5b66\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u5b59\u96e8\u7426\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u6280\u672f\u5927\u5b66\u7855\u58eb\u751f\u845b\u4e3d\u723d\u4e3a\u5171\u540c\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u6280\u672f\u5927\u5b66\u5d14\u6797\u677e\u6559\u6388\u4ee5\u53ca\u5251\u6865\u5927\u5b66Neil C. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>\u56db\u3001\u3010\u6570\u636e\u6982\u89c8\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0 \u56fe<\/strong>1 <\/strong>\u00a0\u9499\u949b\u77ffLEDs\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u6027\u80fd\u3002a\uff0cMSPE\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u3002b\uff0cMSPE LEDs\u7684STEM\u2013HAADF\u56fe\u50cf\u3002\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5c3a\uff0c200 nm\u3002c\u3001\u7406\u60f3Lambertian\u8f6e\u5ed3\u548c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u89d2\u5ea6\u76f8\u5173\u53d1\u5c04\u6570\u636e\u3002d\uff0c\u7531\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u540cMSPE\/PbI2<\/sub>\u6469\u5c14\u5206\u6570\u7684\u524d\u4f53\u5236\u9020\u768494\u4e2a\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u5cf0\u503cEQE\u5206\u5e03\u3002\u8bef\u5dee\u6761\u663e\u793a\u4e86\u6700\u9ad8\u548c\u6700\u4f4eEQE\u503c\u3002\u5706\u70b9\u4ee3\u8868\u5e73\u5747EQE\u3002e .\u51a0\u519bMSPE LEDs\u7684\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6-\u7535\u538b(\u9ed1\u8272)\u548c\u8f90\u5c04\u4eae\u5ea6-\u7535\u538b(\u7ea2\u8272)\u7279\u6027\u3002f\uff0c\u51a0\u519b\u5668\u4ef6\u7684EQE-\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7279\u6027\u3002\u63d2\u56fe\u663e\u793a\u4e86\u5b83\u4eec\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u504f\u538b\u4e0b\u7684\u7535\u81f4\u53d1\u5149\u5149\u8c31\u3002g\uff0c\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u5404\u79cdNIR LEDs\u7684\u5cf0\u503cEQE\u548c\u5cf0\u503c\u8f90\u5c04\u3002h\uff0c42\u4e2aMSPE LEDs\u7684\u5cf0\u503cEQE(\u5de6)\u548c\u5cf0\u503c\u8f90\u5c04(\u53f3)\u76f4\u65b9\u56fe\u3002i\uff0cMSPE LEDs\u5728100mA cm-2<\/sup>\u6052\u5b9a\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e0b\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u6d4b\u91cf \u00a9 2023 Springer Nature<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0
