(a-h) Fe\u3001Co\u3001Ni\u3001Cu\u3001Cr\u3001O \u548c C \u7684 HAADF-STEM \u56fe\u50cf\u548c\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u8272\u6563 X-\u5c04\u7ebf\u5149\u8c31 (EDX)\u3002 (i)
