\u3010\u80cc\u666f\u4ecb\u7ecd\u3011<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n \u8d28\u5b50\u4ea4\u6362\u819c\u71c3\u6599\u7535\u6c60(PEMFC)\u5177\u6709\u529f\u7387\u5bc6\u5ea6\u9ad8\u3001\u6c61\u67d3\u5c0f\u7b49\u4f18\u70b9\uff0c\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u4fbf\u643a\u5f0f\u548c\u56fa\u5b9a\u5f0f\u573a\u5408\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u4e24\u79cd\u5e38\u89c4\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u6c22\u8d28\u5b50\u4ea4\u6362\u819c\u71c3\u6599\u7535\u6c60\uff0c\u4f4e\u6e29PEMFC\u91c7\u7528\u5168\u6c1f\u78fa\u9178(PFSA)\u805a\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\uff0c\u9ad8\u6e29PEMFC\u91c7\u7528\u78f7\u9178(PA)\u63ba\u6742\u805a\u7535\u89e3\u8d28(\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u805a\u82ef\u5e76\u54aa\u5511(PBI\/PA))\uff0c\u5404\u6709\u5176\u4f18\u70b9\u548c\u5c40\u9650\u6027\u3002\u57fa\u4e8ePFSA\u7684PEMFCs\u7531\u4e8e\u5728\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6(~80\u2103)\u4e0b\u5728\u5b8c\u5168\u52a0\u6e7f\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u826f\u7684\u8d28\u5b50\u5bfc\u7535\u6027\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u7528\u4e8e\u8f66\u8f7d\u7535\u6c60\u3002\u968f\u7740\u76f8\u5bf9\u6e7f\u5ea6(RH)\u7684\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u78fa\u5316\u8d28\u5b50\u4ea4\u6362\u819c(PEM)\u7684\u5bfc\u7535\u6027\u5927\u5927\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u8131\u6c34\u3002\u5728\u7528\u4e8e\u4f7f\u7528\u5e38\u89c4PEM\u7684\u8f66\u8f86\u7684\u5546\u7528PEMFC\u4f7f\u7528\u4e2d\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u6c34\u548c\u70ed\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9700\u8981\u5927\u578b\u6563\u70ed\u5668\u6765\u6563\u53d1\u5e9f\u70ed\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u9178\u78b1\u578bPEMFC\u5de5\u4f5c\u5728140\u2103\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u6e7f\u6216\u70ed\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6e29\u5ea6\u53ef\u63d0\u9ad8\u7535\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5bf9\u6c22\u6c14\u5165\u53e3\u6d41\u4e2dCO\u6216H2<\/sub>S\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u7684\u8010\u53d7\u6027(>1% CO\u5728150\u2103)\u3002\u867d\u7136\u57fa\u4e8ePBI\/PA\u819c\u7684PEMFC\u5728160 \u2103\u4e0b\u53ef\u9760\u8fd0\u884c\uff0c\u65e0\u9700\u989d\u5916\u52a0\u6e7f27000\u5c0f\u65f6\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u51b7\u542f\u52a8\u6216\/\u548c\u9891\u7e41\u542f\u505c\u5faa\u73af\u4e0b\uff0c\u5f53\u6e7f\u5ea6\u5b58\u5728\u65f6\uff0c\u63ba\u6742\u5230\u819c\u4e2d\u7684\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027PA\u4f1a\u6e17\u51fa\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u71c3\u6599\u7535\u6c60\u529f\u80fd\u5728140\u2103\u4ee5\u4e0b\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u62d3\u5bbd\u64cd\u4f5c\u6e29\u5ea6\u548cRH\u7a97\u53e3\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5b9e\u73b0\u96f6\u4e0b\u542f\u52a8\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u9ad8\u6e29PEMFC\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6311\u6218<\/b><\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n \u5929\u6d25\u5e08\u8303\u5927\u5b66\u6c64\u7ea2\u82f1\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u7164\u5316\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u6240(\u592a\u539f)\u674e\u5357\u6587\u3001\u5929\u6d25\u5927\u5b66Michael D. Guiver\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u5316\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u6240(\u5317\u4eac)\u5c24\u4f1f\u8bfe\u9898\u7ec4\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u521a\u6027\u7684\u3001\u9ad8\u81ea\u7531\u4f53\u79ef\u7684Tr\u00f6ger\u2019s\u78b1\u57fa\u5bfc\u5411\u805a\u5408\u7269\u6784\u5efa\u4e86PA\u63ba\u6742\u7684\u672c\u5f81\u8d85\u5fae\u5b54\u819c\uff0c\u53ef\u5728-20~200\u2103\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u8d85\u5fae\u5b54\u534a\u5f84\u4e3a3.3\u00c5\u7684\u819c\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u8679\u5438\u6548\u5e94\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u9ad8\u6e7f\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u4e5f\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301PA\u7684\u9ad8\u4fdd\u7559\u7387\uff0c\u6bd4\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u81f4\u5bc6PA\u63ba\u6742\u805a\u82ef\u5e76\u54aa\u5511\u819c\u7684\u8d28\u5b50\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\u4fdd\u7559\u7387\u9ad8\u51fa3\u4e2a\u6570\u91cf\u7ea7\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002\u6240\u5f97\u7684PA\u63ba\u6742PEMFC\u572815\u00b0C\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c150\u6b21\u542f\u52a8\/\u5173\u95ed\u5faa\u73af\u540e\u663e\u793a\u51fa95%\u7684\u5cf0\u503c\u529f\u7387\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4fdd\u6301\u7387\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5373\u4f7f\u5728-20\u00b0C\u4e0b\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b8c\u6210\u8d85\u8fc7100\u6b21\u5faa\u73af\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u5f97\u5230\u7684PA\u63ba\u6742PEMFC\u572815\u2103\u4e0b\u542f\u52a8\/\u5173\u95ed150\u6b21\u5faa\u73af\u540e\uff0c\u5cf0\u503c\u529f\u7387\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4fdd\u6301\u7387\u8fbe\u523095%\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5728-20\u2103\u4e0b\u4e5f\u80fd\u5b8c\u6210100\u6b21\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u5faa\u73af\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u8bba\u6587\u4ee5\u9898\u4e3a\u201cFuel cells with an operational range of -20\u2009\u00b0C to 200\u2009\u00b0C enabled by phosphoric acid-doped intrinsically ultramicroporous membranes\u201d\u53d1\u8868\u5728 nature energy\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u3010\u56fe\u6587\u89e3\u6790\u3011<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n \u672c\u5de5\u4f5c\u5236\u5907\u4e864\u79cd\u9ad8\u5206\u5b50\u91cfTB\u57fa\u805a\u5408\u7269(\u5373DMDPM-TB\u3001DMBP-TB\u3001TMPI-TB\u548cTrip-TB\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e864\u79cd\u805a\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f4d\u963b\u3001\u65cb\u8f6c\u67d4\u6027\u548c\u805a\u5408\u7269\u94fe\u7684\u5806\u79ef\u6548\u7387\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u6765\u5f15\u8d77\u672c\u5f81\u5fae\u5b54\u5c3a\u5bf8\u548c\u5206\u5e03\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u91c7\u7528\u6b63\u7535\u5b50\u6e6e\u6ca1\u5bff\u547d\u8c31(PALS)\u8868\u5f81\u5fae\u5b54\u7387\uff0c\u5b83\u57fa\u4e8e\u5bf9\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6750\u6599\u81ea\u7531\u4f53\u79ef\u4e2d\u7684\u03b3\u5c04\u7ebf\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6b63\u7535\u5b50\u7684\u5bff\u547d\u6d4b\u91cf\u3002\u901a\u8fc7 PATFIT\u548cCONTIN\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u56db\u4e2aTB\u8584\u819c\u7684\u5cf0\u503c\u5f52\u4e00\u5316PALS\u5149\u8c31\uff0c\u8986\u76d6\u4e86\u4ece\u5927\u7ea61000\u52302400\u7684\u5bbd\u901a\u9053\u6570\uff08\u56fe 1b\uff09\u3002\u672c\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e5f\u5bf9PA\u63ba\u6742\u540eTB\u57fa\u805a\u5408\u7269\u7684\u5fae\u5b54\u7ed3\u6784\u611f\u5230\u597d\u5947\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8ePA\u5bf922<\/sup>Na\u6e90\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0cPALS\u6280\u672f\u4e0d\u80fd\u7528\u4e8ePA\u63ba\u6742\u819c\u7684\u5206\u6790\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u672c\u5de5\u4f5c\u91c7\u752877<\/sup>\u2009K\u91c7\u96c6\u7684N2<\/sub>\u5438\u9644\/\u89e3\u5438\u7b49\u6e29\u7ebf\u7684\u8868\u89c2Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET)\u8868\u9762\u79ef(SBET)\u8868\u5f81PA\u63ba\u6742\u524d\u540e\u7684\u5fae\u89c2\u5b54\u9699\u3002\u4f46\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6c14\u4f53\u5438\u9644\u6d4b\u91cf\u5e76\u4e0d\u80fd\u5b8c\u5168\u9610\u660e\u8d1f\u8d23\u5206\u5b50\u7b5b\u5206\u7684\u4e34\u754c\u8d85\u5fae\u5b54\u5c3a\u5bf8\u5206\u5e03\u3002DMDPM-TB\u57284\u79cdTB\u57fa\u805a\u5408\u7269\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u6700\u591a\u7684\u805a\u5408\u7269\u94fe\u67d4\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u6eb6\u4e8e85%\u7684PA\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u5728PA\u63ba\u6742\u540e\u7684BET\u6d4b\u91cf\u65e0\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u819c\u4e0d\u9002\u5408PA\u63ba\u6742\u7684PEM\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8eDMBP-TB\u548cTMPI-TB\u819c\uff0cPA\u63ba\u6742\u540eSBET\u503c\u4e0b\u964d\u5230\u51e0\u4e4e0\uff0c\u8bf4\u660e\u5fae\u5b54\u4e2d\u586b\u5145\u4e86PA\u3002\u66f4\u6709\u610f\u601d\u7684\u662f\uff0cTrip-TB\u663e\u793aSBET\u8868\u9762\u79ef\u4ece868 m2<\/sup>g-1<\/sup>\u51cf\u5c0f\u5230275 m2<\/sup>g-1<\/sup>\uff0c\u8868\u660e32%\u7684\u5fae\u5b54\u4f53\u79ef\u672a\u88ab\u5360\u636e\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0ePALS\u5206\u6790\u975e\u5e38\u543b\u5408\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8f83\u5c0f\u5b54\u9699\u7387(R3<\/sub>=2.8 \u00c5\uff0cFFV3)\u7684FFV\u662fTrip-TB\u603bFFV\u768431%(\u88681)\u3002\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u8868\u660ePA\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u5730\u5360\u636e\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u5b54R4(4.4 \u00c5)\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e\u9aa8\u67b6\u521a\u6027\u800c\u4e0d\u592a\u80fd\u591f\u5360\u636e\u8f83\u5c0f\u7684\u5b54R3 (2.8 \u00c5)<\/b><\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe1. TB\u805a\u5408\u7269\u548cPA\u63ba\u6742\u7684TB\u819c\u7684\u6027\u80fd<\/p>\n \u752885\u2009wt% PA (\u56fe2a)\u6216\u7eafPA (\u56fe2b)\u5904\u7406\u819c\uff0c\u752831<\/sup>P\u6838\u78c1\u5171\u632f\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u8bc1\u5b9e\u4e86\u819c\u7684\u8679\u5438\u6548\u5e94\uff0c\u5e76\u8bf4\u660e\u4e86\u6c34\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u672c\u5f81\u5fae\u5b54\u7684m-PBI\/PA\u5747\u57280 ppm\u9644\u8fd1\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u5bbd\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u65e0\u4f53\u76f8PA\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u6240\u6709TB\u57fa\u819c\u90fd\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u66f4\u591a\u768431<\/sup>P\u6838\u78c1\u5171\u632f\u4e0a\u573a\u5316\u5b66\u4f4d\u79fb\uff0cDMBP-TB\/PA\u819c\u4e0a\u573a\u5316\u5b66\u4f4d\u79fb\u6700\u5927\u3002\u4e0e\u6e38\u79bbPA\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u4e0a\u573a\u5316\u5b66\u4f4d\u79fb\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u805a\u5408\u7269\u4e2d\u79bb\u57df\u82b3\u9999\u73af\u7535\u5b50\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u73af\u7535\u6d41\u5c4f\u853d\u6548\u5e94\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u5b54\u5f84\u4f9d\u8d56\u768431<\/sup>P\u6838\u78c1\u5171\u632f\u5316\u5b66\u4f4d\u79fb\u8d8b\u52bf\u4e0e\u6700\u8fd1\u62a5\u9053\u7684PA\u5728\u591a\u5b54\u7535\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u4e2d\u5206\u5e03\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8bc1\u5b9e\u4e86PA\u5206\u5b50\u5728\u8d85\u5fae\u5b54\u4e2d\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002\u5bf9\u6bd4\u56fe2a\u3001b\uff0c\u7f3a\u6c34\u4f7f\u5f9731<\/sup>P\u6838\u78c1\u5171\u632f\u5316\u5b66\u4f4d\u79fb\u4e0a\u79fb\u66f4\u591a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e0e\u6c22\u952e\u6a21\u578b\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6c34\u4e0ePA\u7684\u6c22\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u5bfc\u81f431P\u6838\u78c1\u5171\u632f\u4e0a\u79fb\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1m-PBI\/PA\u5177\u6709\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u5438\u6c34\u91cf\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4f4e\u573a\u5316\u5b66\u4f4d\u79fb\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5408\u7406\u5730\u5f97\u51fa\u7ed3\u8bba\uff0c\u8d85\u5fae\u5b54\u5c4f\u853d\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u6bd4\u6c22\u952e\u5bf9<\/b><\/strong>31<\/b><\/sup><\/strong>P NMR\u5316\u5b66\u4f4d\u79fb\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u66f4\u6df1\u8fdc\u3002DMBP-TB\u819c\u4e2d\u5fae\u5b54\u58c1\u4e0ePA\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u8ddd\u79bb\u51cf\u5c0f\u8868\u660e\u4e0ePA\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u6700\u5f3a<\/b><\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n \u4e3a\u4e86\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8bc1\u5b9e\u5fae\u5b54\u5bf9 PA \u7684\u8679\u5438\u6548\u5e94\uff0c\u5c06TB\/PA\u819c\u572840\u00b0C\u7684\u84b8\u998f\u6c34\u4e2d\u6d78\u6ce13\u6b21(\u6bcf\u6b2112 h)\u4ee5\u53bb\u9664\u63ba\u6742\u7684PA\u540e\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86TB\u819c\u7684\u8868\u89c2BET\u8868\u9762\u79ef\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u8d85\u5fae\u5b54\u534a\u5f84\u4e3a3.3-3.4 \u00c5\u7684\u56fa\u6709\u5fae\u5b54\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u4e0ePA\u6700\u5f3a\u7684\u8679\u5438\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528<\/b><\/strong>\u3002\u56e0\u6b64DMBP-TB\u819c\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u6700\u5927\u7684ADL\u4fdd\u7559\u503c\uff0c\u4e3a72.5%\uff0c\u8fdc\u4f18\u4e8em-PBI\u548cTrip-TB\u819c\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe2. PA\u9971\u548c\u6837\u54c1\u7684\u56fa\u600131<\/sup>P NMR\u5149\u8c31<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u5728-30\u00b0C~180\u00b0C\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u5728\u4e0d\u52a0\u6e7f\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u6d4b\u91cf\u4e86PA\u63ba\u6742\u819c\u7684\u8d28\u5b50\u4f20\u5bfc\u7387(\u56fe3a)\u3002DMBP-TB\u7684\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\u6700\u9ad8\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u5bf9PA\u7684\u5438\u6536\u7387\u6700\u9ad8\uff0c\u800cTMPI-TB\/PA\u548cTrip-TB\/PA\u819c\u7684\u8d28\u5b50\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\u4e5f\u9ad8\u4e8em-PBI\/PA\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5b83\u4eec\u7684PA\u5438\u6536\u7387\u548cADL\u90fd\u8f83\u4f4e\u3002\u8fd9\u8868\u660eTB\u57fa\u819c\u4e2d\u56fa\u6709\u7684\u5fae\u5b54\u7ed3\u6784\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u8d28\u5b50\u7684\u4f20\u8f93<\/b><\/strong>\u3002\u5728180\u00b0C\u65f6\uff0cDMBP-TB\u819c\u7684\u8d28\u5b50\u4f20\u5bfc\u7387\u6700\u9ad8\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230159 cm-1<\/sup>\u3002\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u672c\u5de5\u4f5c\u89c2\u5bdf\u5230TB\u57faPEMs\u7684\u4f4e\u6e29\u8d28\u5b50\u7535\u5bfc\u7387(\u4ece-30\u2103\u52300\u2103)\u4f18\u8d8a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6027\u8d28\u4e0e\u4f4e\u6e29\u71c3\u6599\u7535\u6c60\u548c\u51b7\u542f\u52a8\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u5173\u3002\u672c\u5de5\u4f5c\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5360\u636e\u672c\u5f81\u5fae\u5b54\u7684PA\u5728\u8f83\u4f4e\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\u5177\u6709\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u8d28\u5b50\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8eDMBP-TB\/PA\u819c\uff0c\u5728-30\u2103\u65f6\uff0c\u8be5\u73b0\u8c61\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u6bd4m-PBI\/PA
