nm)\u56fe\u8c31\u548cRietveld\u7cbe\u7ec6\u5316\u65b9\u6cd5\u7814\u7a76\u4e86Ti<sub>3<\/sub>C<sub>2<\/sub>T<sub>x<\/sub>\u5728700\u2103\u523b\u868010min\u540e\u7684\u5f62\u8c8c\u548c\u5f62\u8c8c\u7279\u5f81\u30022D\u56fe\u6848\u4e2d\u7684\u7ea2\u8272\u7bad\u5934\u6307\u5411\u6837\u54c1\u652f\u6491\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u884d\u5c04\u5cf0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56feb\uff1aTi<sub>3<\/sub>C<sub>2<\/sub>T<sub>x<\/sub>\u7684\u626b\u63cf\u7535\u955c\u56fe\u50cf\uff0c\u523b\u5ea6\u6761\u4e3a2\u00b5m\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56fec\uff1aTi<sub>3<\/sub>C<sub>2<\/sub>T<sub>x<\/sub>\u7684\u626b\u63cf\u7535\u955c\u56fe\u50cf\uff0c\u523b\u5ea6\u6761\u4e3a0.2\u00b5m\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img nm\u7684\u5c3a\u5ea6\u6210\u50cf\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u63d2\u56fe\u663e\u793a\u6240\u9009\u533a\u57df\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u5085\u7acb\u53f6\u53d8\u6362(FFT)\u56fe\u6848\uff0c\u6807\u5c3a\u4e3a1\/10 nm\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56feb\uff1a\u9ad8\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u900f\u5c04\u7535\u5b50\u663e\u5fae\u955c\u4ee510
