\u00b5m\u81f35 Mater.<\/b><\/strong>\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe1<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0\u5236\u5907D\/M\/D\u4e09\u5c42\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u72b6TFC<\/b><\/strong>s<\/b><\/strong>\u7684\u793a\u610f\u56fe<\/b><\/strong> a\uff09\u5236\u5907D\/M\/D\uff08D = TiO2<\/sub>\uff0cM = c\uff09\u5728\u73bb\u7483\u57fa\u7247\u4e0a\u5b54\u5f84\u4e3a650 nm\u7684\u5178\u578bTiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u8584\u819c\u7684\u626b\u63cf\u7535\u955c\u56fe\u50cf\u3002\u63d2\u56fe\u662f\u5c40\u90e8\u653e\u5927\u56fe\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe2 <\/b><\/strong>TiO<\/b><\/strong>2<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>\/Au\/TiO<\/b><\/strong>2<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>\u548cTiO<\/b><\/strong>2<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>\/A<\/b><\/strong>g<\/b><\/strong>\/TiO<\/b><\/strong>2<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>\u7eb3\u7c73<\/b><\/strong>\u7f51\u819c\u7684\u5149\u8c31\u8868\u5f81<\/b><\/strong> a\uff09TiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u819c\u3001Au\u819c\u53ca\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\uff08NM\uff09\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u53ef\u89c1\u5149\u8c31\u3002\u6240\u6709\u6837\u54c1\u7684Au\u539a\u5ea6\u90fd\u4e3a15nm\u3002\u5728TiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u819c\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2d\uff0cTiO2<\/sub>\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u4e3a12 nm\u3002\u5728Ti\/Au\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f7f\u75285 nm Ti\u4f5c\u4e3aAu\u819c\u548cAu\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u7684\u9644\u7740\u5c42\u3002\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u5468\u671f\u4e3a750 nm\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u5b54\u5f84\u4e3a600 nm\u3002\u900f\u5149\u7387\u6392\u9664\u4e86\u886c\u5e95\u7684\u5438\u6536\u3002<\/p>\n b\uff09TiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u819c\uff0810 nm\/15 nm\/10 nm\uff09\u548cTi\/Au\u819c\uff085 nm\/15 nm\uff09\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u5149\u8c31\u3002<\/p>\n c\uff09\u73bb\u7483\u3001\u73bb\u7483\u4e0a\u7684ITO\u3001\u73bb\u7483\u4e0a\u7684TiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u3001\u73bb\u7483\u4e0a\u7684TiO2<\/sub>\/Ag\/TiO2<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u53ef\u89c1\u5149\u8c31\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002\u900f\u5149\u7387\u5305\u62ec\u886c\u5e95\u5438\u6536\u3002<\/p>\n d\uff09\u672c\u5de5\u4f5c\u5236\u5907\u7684TiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u548cTiO2<\/sub>\/Ag\/TiO2<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u819c\u4e0e\u5b9e\u9a8c\u548c\u6587\u732e\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u56fe\u6848\u5c3a\u5bf8\u76f8\u8fd1\u7684Au\u3001Ag\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u7684\u8584\u819c\u7535\u963b\u4e0e\u900f\u5149\u7387\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe3 <\/b><\/strong>PET<\/b><\/strong>\u57fa\u7247<\/b><\/strong>\u4e0a\u7684TiO<\/b><\/strong>2<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>\/Au\/TiO<\/b><\/strong>2<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u819c\u548cITO\u7684<\/b><\/strong>\u8584\u819c\u7535\u963b<\/b><\/strong>\u53d8\u5316<\/b><\/strong> a\uff09\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u5f2f\u66f2\u534a\u5f84\u4e0b\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e00\u6b21\u5f2f\u66f2\u548c\u6062\u590d\u540e\u3002<\/p>\n b\uff09\u5728\u5f2f\u66f2\u534a\u5f84\u4e3a2.5 mm\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8584\u819c\u7ecf\u8fc71000\u6b21\u5f2f\u66f2\u540e\u3002<\/p>\n c\uff09\u5728PET\u548c\u73bb\u7483\u57fa\u7247\u4e0aTiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u7684\u8584\u819c\u7535\u963b\u4e0e\u80f6\u5e26\u6d4b\u8bd5\u6b21\u6570\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe4 <\/b><\/strong>TiO<\/b><\/strong>2<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>\/Au\/TiO<\/b><\/strong>2<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>\u7eb3\u7c73<\/b><\/strong>\u7f51<\/b><\/strong>\u5728PET\u57fa\u7247\u4e0a\u7684\u900f\u660e\u67d4\u6027\u7535\u8def<\/b><\/strong> a\uff09PET\u57fa\u7247\u4e0a\u888b\u9f20\u56fe\u6848\u7684TiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u7528\u4f5c\u67d4\u6027\u900f\u660e\u7535\u8def\uff0c\u70b9\u4eae\u84dd\u8272LED\u3002<\/p>\n b\uff09\u5de6\u4fa7\u56fe\u7247\u662f\u4f7f\u7528TiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7535\u6781\u7684\u6db2\u4f53\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u7684\u7535\u81f4\u53d8\u8272\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u892a\u8272\u548c\u663e\u8272\u72b6\u6001\u3002\u53f3\u4fa7\u56fe\u7247\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u56de\u6536\u7684TiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7535\u6781\u7684\u5e26\u6709\u56fa\u4f53\u51dd\u80f6\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u7684\u67d4\u6027\u7535\u81f4\u53d8\u8272\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u892a\u8272\u548c\u663e\u8272\u72b6\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n c\uff09\u5177\u6709\u76f8\u5e94\u53c2\u6570\u548c\u6c34\u63a5\u89e6\u89d2\u7684PET\u57fa\u7247\u4e0aTiO2<\/sub>\/Au\/TiO2<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u7f51\u8868\u9762\u4e0a\u7684\u6c34\u6ef4\u7684\u7167\u7247\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u5c0f\u7ed3<\/b><\/strong>\u3011<\/p>\n \u7efc\u4e0a\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u8be5\u5de5\u4f5c\u91c7\u7528\u7b80\u5355\u7684NSL\u65b9\u6cd5\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u65b0\u7684D\/M\/D \uff08D = TiO2<\/sub>\uff0cM =
