Soc.<\/strong>\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u56fe\u6587\u89e3\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe\u4e00\u3001ThDMAI\u7684\u5408\u6210\u8def\u5f84<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe\u4e8c\u3001(ThDMA)(MA)4<\/sub>Pb5<\/sub>I16<\/sub>\u7684\u7ed3\u6784<\/strong> \uff08b\uff09(ThDMA)(MA)4<\/sub>Pb5<\/sub>I16<\/sub>\u7684\u6676\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u793a\u610f\u56fe\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08c-d\uff09(ThDMA)(MA)4<\/sub>Pb5<\/sub>I16<\/sub>\u7684\u5bf9\u7167\u819c\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u819c\u7684SEM\u9876\u89c6\u56fe\u50cf\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe\u4e09\u30012D DJ\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u7684\u8868\u5f81<\/strong> \uff08b-c\uff09\u5bf9\u7167\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u8584\u819c\u7684GIWAXS\u6570\u636e\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08d\uff09\u76ee\u6807\u8584\u819c\u7684HRTEM\u56fe\u50cf\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08e\uff09\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u5f62\u6001\u548c\u7535\u8377\u4f20\u8f93\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u793a\u610f\u56fe\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe\u56db\u30012D DJ PSCs\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u8868\u5f81<\/strong> \uff08b\uff09\u76f8\u5e94\u5668\u4ef6\u7684EQE\u5149\u8c31\u548c\u79ef\u5206\u5149\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08c\uff09\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u5668\u4ef6\u7684PCE\u5206\u5e03\uff08\u6536\u96c6\u4e8640\u4e2a\u5355\u72ec\u7684\u5668\u4ef6\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08c\uff09\u5149\u4f0f\u5668\u4ef6\u7684J<\/em>ph<\/sub>–V<\/em>eff<\/sub>\u7279\u6027\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08d\uff09\u5728\u9ed1\u6697\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ec5\u7a7a\u7a74\u5668\u4ef6\u7684I<\/em>–V<\/em>\u66f2\u7ebf\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08e\uff09\u5728\u9ed1\u6697\u4e2d\uff0c\u7eaf\u7535\u5b50\u5668\u4ef6\u7684I<\/em>–V<\/em>\u66f2\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe\u516d\u3001\u5bf9\u7167\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u8584\u819c\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u5bf9\u6bd4<\/strong> \uff08c\uff09\u5bf9\u7167\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u8584\u819c\u7684\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u5bff\u547d\u5206\u5e03\u56fe\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe\u4e03\u30013D\u548c2D DJ\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u7684XRD\u8868\u5f81<\/strong> \uff08b\uff093D\u548c2D DJ\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u5728100 o<\/sup>C\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\uff08RH=45\u00b15\uff05\uff09\u7684XRD\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe\u516b\u30012D DJ\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u6d4b\u8bd5<\/strong> \uff08b\uff09\u5728N2<\/sub>\u4e2d\u6301\u7eed\u6d78\u6ce1\uff08100 mW cm-2<\/sup>\uff0c\u767d\u8272LED\uff09\u4e0b\uff0c\u672a\u5c01\u88c5\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff1b<\/p>\n (ThDMA)MAn-1<\/sub>Pbn<\/sub>I3n+1<\/sub>\uff08n=5\uff09\u8584\u819c\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u8584\u819c\u4e2d\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u7684\u7ed3\u6676\u5ea6\u3001\u5b9e\u73b0\u5c42\u72b6\u76f8\u7684\u5782\u76f4\u53d6\u5411\u548c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u8584\u819c\u7684\u7f3a\u9677\u6001\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c11\u91cf\u7684DMSO\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u4e0ePbI2<\/sub>\u7684\u5f3a\u914d\u4f4d\u80fd\u529b\u800c\u4e3b\u8981\u8d77Lewis\u78b1\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5ef6\u8fdf\u4e86\u7ed3\u6676\u901f\u7387\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u4e8e2D PSCs\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5176ThDMA\u95f4\u9694\u5c42\u7684\u758f\u6c34\u6027\uff0c2D
