Science Bulletin<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n \u7c7b\u5408\u91d1\u7684\u4e09\u5143\u805a\u5408\u7269\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u6548\u7387\u8d85\u8fc717.2%<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n \u5355\u5757\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u805a\u5408\u7269\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60(PSCs)\u5728\u6750\u6599\u8fdb\u5316\u3001\u5668\u4ef6\u5236\u9020\u4f18\u5316\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u673a\u7406\u63a2\u7d22\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u957f\u8db3\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u4ee5\u7a84\u7981\u5e26\u975e\u5bcc\u52d2\u70ef\u6750\u6599Y6\u4e3a\u53d7\u4f53\uff0cPSCs\u7684\u529f\u7387\u8f6c\u6362\u6548\u7387(PCE)\u5df2\u8d85\u8fc716%\uff0c\u5728\u4f18\u5316\u7684\u4e8c\u5143PSCs\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c \u4e09\u5143\u7b56\u7565\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u805a\u5408\u7269\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u6709\u6548\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u5728\u6b64\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u4ea4\u901a\u5927\u5b66\u5f20\u798f\u4fca\u6559\u6388\u3001\u6b66\u6c49\u5927\u5b66\u6768\u695a\u7f57\u6559\u6388\u7b49\u4eba\u4f18\u5316\u540e\u7684\u4e09\u5143PSCs\u7684\u529f\u7387\u8f6c\u6362\u6548\u7387(PCE)\u4e3a17.22%,\u53d7\u4f53\u4e2dMF1\u542b\u91cf\u4e3a10%\u3002\u91c7\u7528\u4e09\u5143\u7b56\u7565\u540e\uff0cPCE\u7684\u6539\u5584\u5e45\u5ea6\u8d85\u8fc78%\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e0e\u57fa\u4e8eY6\u4e8c\u5143PSCs\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0cJSC<\/sub>\u540c\u65f6\u589e\u52a0\u4e8625.68 mA cm–<\/sup>2<\/sup>, VOC\u589e\u52a0\u4e860.853 V, FF\u589e\u52a0\u4e8678.61%\u3002\u4ece\u62c9\u66fc\u6620\u5c04\u3001\u63a5\u89e6\u89d2\u3001\u5faa\u73af\u4f0f\u5b89\u548c\u5f62\u8c8c\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u53ef\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9aMF1\u548cY6\u7684\u826f\u597d\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u5f62\u6210\u5408\u91d1\u6001\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u3002\u7531\u4e8eY6\u548cMF1\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u672a\u5360\u636e\u5206\u5b50\u8f68\u9053(LUMO)\u6c34\u5e73\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4e09\u6d3b\u6027\u5c42\u4e2d\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u8fc1\u79fb\u7387\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u53d7\u4f53\u4e2d\u7684MF1\u542b\u91cf\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f88\u597d\u5730\u89e3\u91ca\u4e09\u5143\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\u6ce2\u52a8\u578bFF\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684PCE\u4e3a16.8%\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u662f\u5355\u5757\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3PSCs\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u503c\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u672c\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u4e09\u5143PSCs\u6750\u6599\u9009\u62e9\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5145\u5206\u7684\u53c2\u8003\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u4ee5\u201cAlloy-like ternary polymer solar cells with over 17.2% efficiency\u201d\u4e3a\u9898\u76ee\uff0c\u53d1\u8868\u5728Science Bulletin\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n \u6587\u732e\u94fe\u63a5\uff1a<\/p>\n DOI:
