\u767d\u5149LED\u88ab\u8a89\u4e3a\u7b2c\u56db\u4ee3\u7167\u660e\u5149\u6e90\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u5149\u6548\u9ad8\u3001\u8282\u80fd\u73af\u4fdd\u3001\u5bff\u547d\u957f\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u53ef\u9760\u7b49\u4f18\u70b9\uff0c\u5728\u7167\u660e\u4e0e\u663e\u793a\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u62e5\u6709\u5e9e\u5927\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u5546\u7528\u767d\u5149LED\u7167\u660e\u5668\u4ef6\u4e3b\u8981\u57fa\u4e8e\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u5149\u8f6c\u6362\u578b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6240\u7528\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u767d\u5149LED\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u5149\u7535\u6027\u80fd\uff08\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u663e\u8272\u6307\u6570\u3001\u8272\u6e29\u3001\u6548\u7387\u7b49\uff09\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5b9e\u73b0\u767d\u5149LED\u4e3b\u8981\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u4e3b\u6d41\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1a\uff081\uff09\u84dd\u5149LED\u82af\u7247(440-480 nm)\u6fc0\u53d1\u9ec4\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6848\u6280\u672f\u6210\u719f\u3001\u6210\u672c\u8f83\u4f4e\uff1b\u4f46\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u5149\u6e90\u5c5e\u4e8e\u51b7\u767d\u5149\uff0c\u5176\u8272\u6e29\u9ad8\u3001\u663e\u8272\u6307\u6570\u4f4e\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4e0d\u9002\u5408\u5ba4\u5185\u901a\u7528\u7167\u660e\u3002\uff082\uff09\u8fd1\u7d2b\u5149LED\u82af\u7247(380-420 nm)\u6fc0\u53d1RGB(\u7ea2\/\u7eff\/\u84dd)\u4e09\u57fa\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u3002\u8be5\u79cd\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u5149\u6e90\u5177\u6709\u663e\u8272\u6307\u6570\u9ad8\u3001\u8272\u5f69\u8fd8\u539f\u6027\u597d\u3001\u4ea7\u54c1\u7a33\u5b9a\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u4f18\u70b9\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u80fd\u88ab\u8fd1\u7d2b\u5916\u5149\u6fc0\u53d1\u7684\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u4e09\u57fa\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u8feb\u5728\u7709\u776b\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7eff\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u7684\u53d1\u5149\u5cf0\u503c\u6ce2\u957f\u4e0e\u4eba\u773c\u89c6\u611f\u5ea6\u66f2\u7ebf\u7684\u5cf0\u503c\u6ce2\u957f\u57fa\u672c\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u7eff\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u5728\u6700\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u5f71\u54cd\u4e86\u4e09\u57fa\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u7684\u53d1\u5149\u6548\u7387\u3002\u4e8e\u662f\uff0c\u7814\u53d1\u6210\u672c\u4f4e\u3001\u5408\u6210\u5de5\u827a\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u9ad8\u6548\u7eff\u8272\u8367\u5149\u6750\u6599\u662f\u4eba\u4eec\u8ffd\u6c42\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n nm\u6ce2\u6bb5\uff0c\u6700\u4f73\u6fc0\u53d1\u5cf0\u4e3a408 nm\uff0c\u4e0e\u5546\u7528400 nm\u8fd1\u7d2b\u5916LED\u82af\u7247\u76f8\u5339\u914d\u3002\u5728408 nm\u6fc0\u53d1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5229\u7528Ce3+<\/sup>\u2192Tb3+<\/sup>\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u4f20\u9012\uff0c\u8be5\u7eff\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u80fd\u53d1\u5c04\u51fa\u8000\u773c\u7684\u7eff\u5149\uff0c\u5176\u53d1\u5c04\u5cf0\u4f4d\u4e8e543 nm\uff0c\u5185\u91cf\u5b50\u6548\u7387\u548c\u5916\u91cf\u5b50\u6548\u7387\u5206\u522b\u9ad8\u8fbe78.5%\u4e0e56%\u3002\u4ee4\u4eba\u5174\u594b\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u76f8\u540c\u6fc0\u53d1\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b(408 nm)\uff0c\u8be5\u7eff\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u7684\u53d1\u5c04\u5f3a\u5ea6\u662f\u5546\u7528(Ba,Sr)2<\/sub>SiO4<\/sub>:Eu2+<\/sup>\u7eff\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u53d1\u5c04\u5f3a\u5ea6\u76843.2\u500d\u3002\u66f4\u6709\u610f\u601d\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5229\u7528CYHA:Ce3+<\/sup>,Tb3+<\/sup>\u7eff\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u5236\u5907\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u9ad8\u663e\u8272\u6027\u6696\u767d\u5149LED (\u663e\u8272\u6307\u6570Ra = 92.6\uff1b\u8272\u6e29CCT = 3638 K\uff1b\u8272\u5750\u6807(0.388, 0.359)\uff1b\u7535\u6d4160 mA)\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u5546\u7528\u7eff\u8272(Ba,Sr)2<\/sub>SiO4<\/sub>:Eu2+<\/sup>\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u5236\u5907\u7684\u767d\u5149LED\u5668\u4ef6\u663e\u8272\u6307\u6570Ra\u4ec5\u4e3a80.5 (\u8272\u6e29CCT = 3648 K\uff1b\u8272\u5750\u6807(0.397, 0.385)\uff1b\u7535\u6d4160 mA)\u3002\u9274\u4e8eCYHA:Ce3+<\/sup>,Tb3+<\/sup>\u7eff\u8272\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u7684\u539f\u6750\u6599\u6613\u5f97\u3001\u5236\u5907\u5de5\u827a\u7b80\u5355\u3001\u53d1\u5149\u6027\u80fd\u4f18\u826f\u7684\u4f18\u70b9\uff0c\u8be5\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u6709\u671b\u7528\u4e8e\u8fd1\u7d2b\u5916\u6fc0\u53d1\u7684\u767d\u5149LED\u7167\u660e\u5668\u4ef6\u4e2d\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u4ee5\u9898\u4e3a\u201cHighly
