\u3010\u7814\u7a76\u80cc\u666f\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u5149\u52a8\u529b\u7597\u6cd5\uff08PDT\uff09\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06\u65e0\u6bd2\u7684\u6c27\u6c14\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u6709\u6bd2\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7269\u79cd\uff08ROS\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6709\u524d\u9014\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7597\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u4f46\u5927\u591a\u6570\u73b0\u6709\u7684PDT\u4f53\u7cfb\u9ad8\u5ea6\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8eO2<\/sub>\u6d53\u5ea6\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u9700\u8981\u6d88\u8017\u5927\u91cf\u7684O2<\/sub>\u3002\u7136\u800c\u5b9e\u4f53\u80bf\u7624\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u7f3a\u6c27\uff0c\u80bf\u7624\u5fae\u73af\u5883\uff08TME\uff09\u7684\u4e4f\u6c27\u88ab\u666e\u904d\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662fPDT\u7684\u201c\u81f4\u547d\u5f31\u70b9\u201d\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u626d\u8f6cTME\u4e2d\u6c27\u6c14\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u63a2\u7d22\uff0c\u5bfb\u627e\u6709\u6548\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u6765\u8865\u5145TME\u4e2dO2<\/sub>\u7684\u6d53\u5ea6\u6765\u63d0\u9ad8PDT\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u6548\u7387\u3002\u56de\u987ePDT\u5728\u4e34\u5e8a\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d1\u73b0\u5206\u7ea7PDT\u4e3a\u8865\u5145\u7ec6\u80de\u5185\u6c27\u6c14\u542b\u91cf\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u8f83\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u51cf\u5c11\u5149\u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684\u7f3a\u6c27\u3002\u5728\u8fde\u7eedPDT\u4e2d\uff0c\u5149\u654f\u5242\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5355\u7ebf\u6001\u6c27\u7ecf\u5316\u5b66\u6536\u96c6\u540e\u6301\u7eed\u91ca\u653e\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u5f3aPDT\u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684\u6682\u65f6\u6027\u7f3a\u6c27\u5bf9\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u6740\u4f24\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u5149\u52a8\u529b\u6cbb\u7597\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u5357\u4eac\u5de5\u4e1a\u5927\u5b66\u8463\u6653\u81e3\u6559\u6388\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u7acb\u536b\u751f\u9662\uff08<\/strong>NIH<\/strong>\uff09\u9648\u5c0f\u5143\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5236\u5907\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u5149\u5b66\u8bca\u7597\u7eb3\u7c73\u4f53\u7cfb\uff08DPPTPE@PEG-Py NPs\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f7f\u75282-\u5421\u5576\u916e\u529f\u80fd\u5316\u7684\u53cc\u5d4c\u6bb5\u805a\u5408\u7269\uff08PEG-Py\uff09\u6765\u5305\u88f9\u4e0d\u542b\u91cd\u539f\u5b50D-A-D\u7ed3\u6784\u3001\u5728\u4e8c\u6c2f\u7532\u70f7\u548c\u6c34\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5355\u7ebf\u6001\u6c27\u751f\u6210\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6709\u673a\u5316\u5408\u7269–\u56db\u82ef\u4e59\u70ef\u529f\u80fd\u5316\u5421\u54af\u5e76\u5421\u54af\u4e8c\u916e\uff08DPPTPE\uff09\u3002\u5728\u5149\u7167\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0cPEG-Py\u4e2d\u7684\u5421\u5576\u916e\u53ef\u4ee5\u6355\u83b7DPPTPE\u5728\u6fc0\u5149\u7167\u5c04\u4e0b\u50ac\u53163<\/sup>O2<\/sub>\u4ea7\u751f\u76841<\/sup>O2<\/sub>\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u5185\u8fc7\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u4e2d\u95f4\u4f53\uff1b\u800c\u5728\u9ed1\u6697\u548c\u4e4f\u6c27\u7684\u80bf\u7624\u5fae\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u5316\u5b66\u91ca\u653e\u51fa\u6355\u83b7\u76841<\/sup>O2<\/sub>\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u6301\u7eed\u5149\u52a8\u529b\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u4ee5DSPE-PEG\u5305\u88f9\u7684DPPTPE\uff08DPPTPE@DSPE-PEG\uff09\u4e3a\u5bf9\u7167\u7ec4\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u5728\u56db\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u7cfb\uff08\u5305\u62ecHeLa\u3001HCT-116\u3001A549\u548cMCF-7\uff09\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u4f53\u5916\u5b9e\u9a8c\uff0c\u7ed3\u679c\u5747\u663e\u793a\u7ecfDPPTPE@PEG-Py NPs\u5904\u7406\u540e\uff0c\u5728660 nm\u6fc0\u5149\u7167\u5c04\u4e0b\u7684\u534a\u81f4\u6b7b\u91cf\uff08IC50<\/sub>\uff09\u660e\u663e\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u4e14\u663e\u793a\u4e86\u5f88\u4f4e\u7684\u6697\u6bd2\u6027\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u9274\u4e8e\u8be5\u5316\u5408\u7269\u5177\u6709\u7684163 nm\u9ad8\u65af\u6258\u514b\u65af\u4f4d\u79fb\uff08Stokesshift\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u7eb3\u7c73\u4f53\u7cfb\u80fd\u591f\u7528\u4e8e\u4f4e\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u8367\u5149\u6210\u50cf\u4ecb\u5bfc\u7684\u5149\u52a8\u529b\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u4f53\u5916\u5b9e\u9a8c\u8bc1\u5b9eDPPTPE@PEG-Py NPs\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6fc0\u5149\u7684\u7167\u5c04\u4e0b\u5b8c\u5168\u6291\u5236\u80bf\u7624\u7684\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u4e14\u4f18\u4e8eDPPTPE@DSPE-PEG\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7814\u7a76\u4e3a\u5f00\u53d1\u9ad8\u6548\u5149\u654f\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u764c\u75c7\u8bca\u7597\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8303\u4f8b\u3002\u8be5\u6587\u7ae0\u8fd1\u65e5\u4ee5\u9898\u4e3a\u201cA simple phototheranostics strategy to continuously deliver singlet oxygen in dark and hypoxic tumor microenvironment<\/strong>\u201d\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u77e5\u540d\u671f\u520aAngew. Chem. Int.
