\u9ed1\u78f7\u70ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u4e8c\u7ef4\u6750\u6599\u5907\u53d7\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u7d2b\u78f7\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u5c42\u72b6\u78f7\u540c\u7d20\u5f02\u5f62\u4f53\uff0c\u5b83\u5177\u6709\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u548c\u5149\u7535\u7279\u6027\u3002\u8ba1\u7b97\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\u7d2b\u78f7\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u78f7\u5143\u7d20\u57fa\u6001\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u81ea1865\u5e74Hittorf\u4ece\u7194\u878d\u94c5\u4e2d\u53d1\u73b0\u7d2b\u78f7\u5e76\u4e8e1969\u5e74\u7531Thurn\u548cKrebs\u8fdb\u884c\u7ed3\u6784\u8868\u5f81\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u5173\u4e8e\u7d2b\u78f7\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u6570\u636e\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u9650\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u7d2b\u78f7\u7684\u9ad8\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u900f\u5c04\u7535\u955c\uff08HRTEM\uff09\u56fe\u50cf\u88ab\u7528\u4f5c\u53d1\u73b0\u7ea4\u7ef4\u7ea2\u78f7\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7d2b\u78f7\u7684\u6676\u4f53\u6570\u636e\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u62a5\u9053\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u6709\u62a5\u9053\u7528\u7b49\u79bb\u5b50\u4f53\u8f85\u52a9\u5408\u6210\u65b9\u6cd5\u5728InP\u886c\u5e95\u4e0a\u5236\u5907\u4e86\u539f\u5b50\u5c42\u72b6\u7d2b\u78f7\uff0c\u4f46\u5bf9\u5176\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u8868\u5f81\u4ec5\u57fa\u4e8eHRTEM\u3001\u9009\u533a\u884d\u5c04\uff08SAED\uff09\u548c\u62c9\u66fc\u6563\u5c04\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u4ee4\u4eba\u4fe1\u670d\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u6570\u636e\u6765\u8868\u5f81\u7d2b\u78f7\u3002\u7d2b\u78f7\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u540c\u7d20\u5f02\u5f62\u4f53\u8fd8\u662f\u7ea2\u78f7\u5230\u9ed1\u78f7\u7684\u4e9a\u7a33\u4e2d\u95f4\u4ea7\u7269\uff0c\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u4e2a\u8ff7\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7d2b\u78f7\u70ef\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5f88\u6709\u524d\u9014\u7684\u4e8c\u7ef4\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u5176\u8fd8\u672a\u8fdb\u884c\u8fc7\u63a2\u7d22\u3002\u603b\u4e4b\uff0c\u5757\u72b6\u548c\u5c42\u72b6\u7d2b\u78f7\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u6027\u8d28\u5c1a\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\uff0c\u8fd9\u963b\u788d\u4e86\u7d2b\u78f7\u53ca\u7d2b\u78f7\u70ef\u7684\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n
