Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4<\/b><\/strong>\u7684<\/b><\/strong>Hannu H\u00e4kkinen\u6559\u6388\uff08\u5171\u540c\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005\uff09<\/b><\/strong>\u8bfe\u9898\u7ec4\u8054\u5408\u62a5\u544a\u4e86[Ag40<\/sub>(DMBT)24<\/sub>(PPh3<\/sub>)8<\/sub>H12<\/sub>]2+<\/sup>(Ag40<\/sub>H12<\/sub>)\u7c07(DMBT=2,4-\u4e8c\u7532\u57fa\u82ef\u786b\u9187)\u7684\u7cbe\u786e\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u5149\u8c31\u8868\u5f81\u3002\u91d1\u5c5e\u6846\u67b6\u5305\u542b\u4e86\u4e09\u4e2a\u540c\u5fc3\u58f3\u7ec4\u6210\u7684Ag8<\/sub>@Ag24<\/sub>@Ag8<\/sub>\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u53ef\u4ee5\u63cf\u8ff0\u4e3a(\u03bd1<\/sub>-\u7acb\u65b9\u4f53)@(\u622a\u89d2-\u03bd3<\/sub>-\u516b\u9762\u4f53)@(\u03bd2<\/sub>-\u7acb\u65b9\u4f53)\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5404\u79cd\u6280\u672f\u7cfb\u7edf\u5730\u9274\u5b9a\u4e86\u56e2\u7c07\u4e2d\u5b58\u572812\u4e2aH–<\/sup>\u3002\u57fa\u4e8e\u5bf9X\u5c04\u7ebf\u5355\u6676\u884d\u5c04\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u56e2\u7c07\u7ed3\u6784\u7279\u5f81\u548c1<\/sup>H\u548c2<\/sup>H NMR\u5149\u8c31\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u786e\u5b9a12\u4e2aH–<\/sup>\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7acb\u65b9\u6838\u768412\u6761\u68f1\u4e0a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cAg40<\/sub>\u7c07\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u53cc\u7535\u5b50\u7684\u8d85\u539f\u5b50\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f14\u7535\u5b50\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6839\u636eDFT\u7406\u8bba\u8ba1\u7b97\u548c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u4e8612\u4e2aH–<\/sup>\u5728\u7a33\u5b9aAg40<\/sub>H12<\/sub>\u7c07\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u548c\u51e0\u4f55\u7ed3\u6784\u65b9\u9762\u8d77\u7740\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6210\u529f\u5408\u6210\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684AgH\u7eb3\u7c73\u56e2\u7c07\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u56e2\u7c07\u4e2dH–<\/sup>\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u6709\u671b\u63a8\u52a8AgH\u7eb3\u7c73\u56e2\u7c07\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u5408\u6210\u548c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6b64\u7c7b\u7f55\u89c1\u7eb3\u7c73\u56e2\u7c07\u7684\u6c22\u5316\u7269\u5316\u5b66\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u6210\u679c\u4ee5\u9898\u4e3a\u201c<\/b><\/strong>Combinatorial \u56fe1<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>Ag<\/b><\/strong>40<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>(<\/b><\/strong>H\/D<\/b><\/strong>)<\/b><\/strong>12<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>\u56e2\u7c07\u7684ESI-MS\u548cUV-vis\u5149\u8c31<\/b><\/strong> \uff08a\uff09Ag40<\/sub>H12<\/sub>\u548cAg40<\/sub>D12<\/sub>\u7c07\u5728CH2<\/sub>Cl2<\/sub>\/CH3<\/sub>OH(4:1)\u4e2d\u7684ESI-MS\u8c31\u3002\u4ece\u53f3\u5230\u5de6\uff1a\uff08*\uff09Ag40<\/sub>H12<\/sub>-PPh3<\/sub>\uff0cAg40<\/sub>H12<\/sub>-2PPh3<\/sub>\uff0c\uff08\u2227\uff09Ag40<\/sub>D12<\/sub>-PPh3<\/sub>\uff0cAg40<\/sub>D12<\/sub>-2PPh3<\/sub>\u3002\u63d2\u56fe\uff1a\u6a21\u62df\uff08\u7ea2\u8272\u66f2\u7ebf\uff09\u548c\u5b9e\u9a8c\uff08\u9ed1\u8272\u66f2\u7ebf\uff09\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u5206\u5e03\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n \uff08b\uff09\u6eb6\u89e3\u5728CH2<\/sub>Cl2<\/sub>\/CH3<\/sub>OH\u4e2d\u7684\u7eaf[Ag40<\/sub>(DMBT)24<\/sub>(PPh3<\/sub>)8<\/sub>H12<\/sub>]2+<\/sup>\u6676\u4f53\u7684\u7d2b\u5916-\u53ef\u89c1\u5149\u8c31\u3002<\/p>\n \uff08c\uff09\u7eafAg40<\/sub>D12<\/sub>\u7c07\u76842<\/sup>H NMR\u5149\u8c31\u3002\uff08\u6eb6\u5242CD2<\/sub>Cl2<\/sub>\u5cf0\u503c\u4e3a4.85 ppm\uff09<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/b><\/strong>\u56fe2<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>X\u5c04\u7ebf\u5355\u6676\u5206\u6790\u5206\u79bb\u7684[Ag<\/b><\/strong>40<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>(DMBT)<\/b><\/strong>24<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>(PPh<\/b><\/strong>3<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>)<\/b><\/strong>8<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>H<\/b><\/strong>12<\/b><\/sub><\/strong>]<\/b><\/strong>2+<\/b><\/sup><\/strong>\u7c07\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784<\/b><\/strong> \uff08a\uff09\u914d\u4f53\u4e0a\u6ca1\u6709\u6c22\u539f\u5b50\u7684Ag40<\/sub>H12<\/sub>\u7c07\u7684\u603b\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09Ag40<\/sub>D12<\/sub>\u7c07\u5728\u6cb9\u6d74\u4e2d\u7684\u968f\u6e29\u5ea6\u53d8\u5316\u7684ESI-MS\u8c31\u3002<\/p>\n \uff08b\uff09\u5728\u5ba4\u6e29\uff0825\u2103\uff09\u4e0b\u5b9e\u65f6\u8ddf\u8e2aAg40<\/sub>D12<\/sub>\u7c07\u7684ESI-MS\u8c31\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u5c0f\u7ed3<\/b><\/strong>\u3011<\/p>\n \u7efc\u4e0a\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u51e0\u79cd\u6280\u672f\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\u6765\u786e\u5b9aAg40<\/sub>\u7eb3\u7c73\u56e2\u7c07\u4e2d\u7684\u6c22\u8d1f\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u8be5\u56e2\u7c07\u7684\u91d1\u5c5e\u6838\u7531\u786b\u9187\u548c\u81a6\u914d\u4f53\u5171\u540c\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002\u7528\u5355\u6676\u5206\u6790\u8868\u5f81\u4e86\u56e2\u7c07\u4e2d\u5b58\u5728\u768412\u4e2aH–<\/sup>\uff0c\u5e76\u7528ESI-MS\u548c1<\/sup>H\/2<\/sup>H NMR\u8c31\u5bf9\u5176\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u786e\u8ba4\u3002\u6839\u636eDFT\u8ba1\u7b97\u548c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u63a2\u9488\uff0c12\u4e2aH–<\/sup>\u5728\u7a33\u5b9a\u56e2\u7c07\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u548c\u51e0\u4f55\u7ed3\u6784\u65b9\u9762\u8d77\u7740\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u91d1\u5c5e\u7eb3\u7c73\u56e2\u7c07\u4e2dH–<\/sup>\u7684\u8868\u5f81\u9762\u4e34\u8bf8\u591a\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u6c18\u6807\u8bb0\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u63ed\u793a\u542bH–<\/sup>\u7684\u91d1\u5c5e\u7eb3\u7c73\u56e2\u7c07\u7684\u771f\u9762\u76ee\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u4e49\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u56e2\u961f\u5728\u94f6\u6c22\u5316\u7269\u7eb3\u7c73\u56e2\u7c07\u6676\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u89e3\u6790\u548c\u786e\u5b9aH–<\/sup>\u4f4d\u7f6e\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u8fd9\u4e00\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u5c06\u6fc0\u52b1\u66f4\u591a\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u53bb\u53ef\u63a7\u5408\u6210\u66f4\u591a\u94f6\u6c22\u5316\u7269\u7eb3\u7c73\u56e2\u7c07\uff0c\u5e76\u63a2\u7d22\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7f55\u89c1\u7684\u91d1\u5c5e\u6c22\u5316\u7269\u7eb3\u7c73\u56e2\u7c07\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u6027\u8d28\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n
