\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6c47\u603b\u4e86\u8fd1\u51e0\u4e2a\u6708\u5728Nature\u6b63\u520a\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u4e8c\u7ef4\u7eb3\u7c73\u6750\u6599\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u3002\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u4e8c\u7ef4\u6750\u6599\u5305\u62ec\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u3001MoS2<\/sub>\u3001WSe2<\/sub>\u00a0\u3001WTe2<\/sub>\u00a0\u3001MoO3<\/sub>\u00a0\u3001Fe3<\/sub>GeTe2<\/sub>\u7b49\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u5305\u542b\u4e86\u5236\u5907\u8868\u5f81\uff0c\u7269\u7406\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u548c\u5668\u4ef6\u3001\u50a8\u80fd\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u7b49\uff0c\u8986\u76d6\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u4e0d\u53ef\u8c13\u4e0d\u5e7f\u3002<\/p>\n 3.\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u7247\u5c42\u95f4\u8d85\u5bc6\u9502\u50a8\u5b58<\/p>\n \u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\uff1a\u50a8\u80fd\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u8868\u5f81\u6280\u672f<\/p>\n
