\n \u7531\u4e8e\u9502\u79bb\u5b50\u7684\u5d4c\u5165\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5fc5\u7136\u7ecf\u7531\u8986\u76d6\u5728\u78b3\u8d1f\u6781\u4e0a\u7684SEI\u819c,\u56e0\u6b64SEI \u819c\u7684\u7279\u6027\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u5d4c\u8131\u9502\u4ee5\u53ca\u78b3\u8d1f\u6781\u7535\u89e3\u6db2\u754c\u9762\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u52a8\u529b\u5b66,\u4e5f\u5c31\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u6574\u4e2a\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u5982\u5faa\u73af\u5bff\u547d\u3001\u81ea\u653e\u7535\u3001\u989d\u5b9a\u901f\u7387\u4ee5\u53ca\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u4f4e\u6e29\u6027\u80fd\u7b49\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76SEI\u819c\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u673a\u7406\u3001\u7ec4\u6210\u7ed3\u6784\u3001\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u53ca\u5176\u5f71\u54cd\u56e0\u7d20,\u5e76\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5bfb\u627e\u6539\u5584SEI \u819c\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u6709\u6548\u9014\u5f84,\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u7535\u5316\u5b66\u754c\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u70ed\u70b9\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7814\u7a76\u8981\u4e48\u4e0d\u662f\u539f\u4f4d\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u8981\u4e48\u539f\u4f4d\u6280\u672f\u624b\u6bb5\u90fd\u6709\u9ad8\u80fd\u5149\u5b50\u6216\u7535\u5b50\u7684XPS\uff0cSEM\uff0cTEM\u7b49\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f1a\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u7684\u5bf9\u8106\u5f31\u7684\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u754c\u9762\u4ea7\u751f\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0a\u7684\u7834\u574f\u3002<\/p>\n
