\u4f5c\u4e3a\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u7684\u4e8c\u7ef4\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7269\uff0c\u7845\u70ef\u6700\u8fd1\u6210\u4e3a\u79d1\u7814\u4eba\u5458\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6750\u6599\u3002\u7406\u8bba\u4e0a\u9884\u6d4b\u7684\u7845\u70ef\u548c\u57fa\u4e8e\u7845\u70ef\u7684\u8303\u5fb7\u74e6\u5c14\u65af\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u867d\u7136\u5177\u6709\u4ee4\u4eba\u611f\u5174\u8da3\u7684\u7269\u7406\u6027\u8d28\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u7845\u70ef\u5728\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u6613\u4e8e\u6c27\u5316\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5728\u5b9e\u9a8c\u4e0a\u5236\u5907\u6b64\u7c7b\u5668\u4ef6\u4ecd\u7136\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u6311\u6218\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u7269\u7406\u7814\u7a76\u6240<\/strong>\u9ad8\u9e3f\u94a7\u3001\u675c\u4e16\u8431\uff08\u5171\u540c\u901a\u8baf\uff09\u7b49<\/strong>\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u901a\u8fc7\u7845\u63d2\u5c42\u65b9\u6cd5\u6210\u529f\u5236\u5907\u4e86\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\/\u7845\u70ef\u8303\u5fb7\u74e6\u5c14\u65af\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6cdb\u51fd\u7406\u8bba\u8ba1\u7b97\u663e\u793a\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u548c\u7845\u70ef\u5c42\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u8f83\u5f31\uff0c\u8bc1\u5b9e\u4e86\u8303\u5fb7\u534e\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u9996\u5148\u5728Ru(0001)\u886c\u5e95\u4e0a\u751f\u957f\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u5c42\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5176\u4e0b\u63d2\u5165\u7845\u539f\u5b50\u4ee5\u6784\u7b51\u7845\u70ef\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u63a7\u5236\u7845\u7684\u91cf\uff0c\u5728\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u4e0b\u5236\u5907\u4e0d\u540c\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u7845\u70ef\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ed3\u6784\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u626b\u63cf\u96a7\u9053\u663e\u5fae\u955c\uff08STM\uff09\u6210\u50cf\u5206\u6790\u3002\u5728\u4f4e\u5242\u91cf\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u6469\u5c14\u56fe\u6848\u7684\u9876\u90e8\uff08atop\uff09\u533a\u57df\u4e0b\u5468\u671f\u6027\u6392\u5217\u7684\u7845\u70ef\u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\u6bb5\u9635\u5217\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u578b\u7684\u672c\u5f81\u56fe\u6848\u5316\u7684\u4e8c\u7ef4\u6750\u6599\uff1b\u800c\u5728\u8f83\u9ad8\u5242\u91cf\u4e0b\uff0c\u63d2\u5165\u7684Si\u5f62\u6210\u7845\u70ef\u5355\u5c42\u3002\u5728\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684Si\u5242\u91cf\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u548c\u57fa\u5e95\u4e4b\u95f4\u5219\u5f62\u6210\u591a\u5c42\u7845\u70ef\u3002\u5c06\u6240\u5236\u5907\u7684\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\/\u7845\u70ef\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u6784\u5728\u73af\u5883\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u66b4\u9732\u4e24\u5468\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u53ef\u89c2\u5bdf\u5230\u7684\u635f\u574f\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u4e86\u5176\u826f\u597d\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u8868\u4e8eAdvanced Materials<\/strong>\uff0c\u9898\u4e3a\u201c<\/strong>Stable Silicene in Graphene\/Silicene Van der Waals Heterostructures<\/strong>\u201d<\/strong>\u3002\u6587\u7ae0\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u4e3a\u7269\u7406\u6240\u674e\u66f4\u3002<\/p>\n

\u672c\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7cbe\u786e\u63a7\u5236Si\u548c\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u63d2\u5c42\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e0d\u540c\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\/\u7845\u70ef\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u6784\uff1a\u7845\u70ef\u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\u9635\u5217\u548c\u7845\u70ef\u5355\u5c42\u548c\u591a\u5c42\u3002STM\u8868\u5f81\u548cDFT\u6a21\u62df\u90fd\u660e\u786e\u5730\u652f\u6301\u89c2\u5bdf\u5230\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u548c\u7845\u70ef\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u5c5e\u4e8e\u8303\u5fb7\u74e6\u5c14\u65af\u578b\uff0c\u5982ELF\u8ba1\u7b97\u6240\u8bc1\u660e\u3002\u6240\u5c55\u793a\u7684\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u5728\u5c06\u6765\u7684\u7845\u70ef\u5668\u4ef6\u5236\u9020\u4e2d\u5c06\u662f\u6709\u7528\u7684\u3002\u5bf9\u5782\u76f4\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u6d4b\u91cf\u786e\u5b9e\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u660e\u786e\u5b9a\u4e49\u7684\u8096\u7279\u57fa\u6574\u6d41\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u751f\u957f\u7684\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\/\u7845\u70ef\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u6784\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u4e00\u7c7b\u65b0\u5174\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u4e8c\u7ef4\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u4e5f\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u5236\u5907\u7684\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u6784\u4ecd\u7136\u4e0e\u91d1\u5c5e\u948c\u886c\u5e95\u952e\u5408\uff0c\u8fd9\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u5176\u5b9e\u9645\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u672a\u6765\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5c06\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u6784\u8f6c\u79fb\u5230\u7edd\u7f18\u57fa\u677f\u4e0a\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5219\u662f\u5f88\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n
