\n \u786b\u5316\u9549(CdS)\u662f\u4e0ep-Si\u9634\u6781\u80fd\u5e26\u5339\u914d\u7684\u7406\u60f3n\u578b\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u53ef\u5f62\u6210p-Si\/n-CdS\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8eCdS\u548cSi\u5728\u6c34\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u8f83\u4f4e\uff0cCdS\u7684\u8868\u9762\u7f3a\u9677\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u592a\u9633\u80fd-\u6c22\u80fd\u8f6c\u5316\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u5c06n-CdS\u4e0ep-Si\u7ed3\u5408\u7528\u4e8ePEC\u6c34\u5206\u89e3\u7684\u6587\u732e\u62a5\u9053\u8f83\u5c11\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5177\u6709\u949d\u5316\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u6548\u679c\u7684\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u5c42\u3002\u6839\u636e\u6587\u732e\u62a5\u9053\uff0cTiO2<\/sub>\u5c42\u53ef\u63d0\u9ad8CdS\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u5f88\u5c11\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u63a2\u7d22TiO2<\/sub>\u5728CdS\u4e0a\u7684\u949d\u5316\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u6539\u5584\u5149\u7535\u538b\u548c\u7535\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n
