(\u56fe\u4e00a)\uff0c\u6837\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u70b9(point object)\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7269\u955c(objective \u6df1\u8c19\u7535\u5b50\u5149\u5b66\u7406\u8bba\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e3a\u4ed6\u65e5\u540e\u8bbe\u8ba1TEM\u7403\u5dee\u6821\u6b63\u5668\u4e2d\u7535\u5b50\u5149\u8def\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6253\u4e0b\u4e86\u575a\u5b9e\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u3002TEM\u4e2d\u7403\u5dee\u6821\u6b63\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u56fe\u4e8c\u7b80\u5355\u6982\u62ec\u3002\u5982\u4e0a\u6587\u4e2d\u5df2\u7ecf\u63d0\u5230\u7684\uff0c\u7531\u4e8eTEM\u7684\u7269\u955c\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u7403\u5f62\u50cf\u5dee\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6837\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u70b9\u5728\u6210\u50cf\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6269\u6563\u6210\u5706\u76d8(\u56fe\u4e8ca)\u3002
