\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u819c\uff08TCF\uff09\u662f\u591a\u79cd\u7535\u5b50\u548c\u5149\u7535\u5b50\u5668\u4ef6\uff0c\u5982\u89e6\u6478\u5c4f\u3001\u667a\u80fd\u7a97\u3001\u6db2\u6676\u663e\u793a\u5668\u3001\u6709\u673a\u53d1\u5149\u4e8c\u6781\u7ba1\u548c\u6709\u673a\u5149\u4f0f\u7535\u6c60\u7b49\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7ec4\u4ef6\u3002\u6c27\u5316\u94df\u9521\uff08ITO\uff09\u662f\u76ee\u524d\u4f7f\u7528\u6700\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u94df\u7684\u6709\u9650\u50a8\u5907\u548cITO\u7684\u8106\u6027\u963b\u788d\u4e86\u5176\u5728\u67d4\u6027\u7535\u5b50\u5668\u4ef6\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u5355\u58c1\u78b3\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ba1\uff08SWCNT\uff09\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5bfc\u7535\u6027\u3001\u9ad8\u7ed3\u6784\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3001\u9ad8\u67d4\u97e7\u6027\u3001\u4f4e\u6298\u5c04\u7387\u548c\u4f4e\u96fe\u5ea6\u7b49\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u5149\u3001\u7535\u3001\u529b\u5b66\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u65b0\u578b\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u6750\u6599\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u5019\u9009\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cSWCNT TCF\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u6027\u80fd\u4ecd\u6bd4ITO\u6709\u8f83\u5927\u5dee\u8ddd\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u8fdc\u4f4e\u4e8e\u5355\u6839SWCNT\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u9884\u6d4b\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u8fd9\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u56e0\u4e3aSWCNT\u95f4\u7684\u63a5\u89e6\u7535\u963b\u8f83\u5927\u53caSWCNT\u7684\u805a\u96c6\u6210\u675f\u6548\u5e94\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u5236\u5907\u5f97\u5230\u7684SWCNT\u6837\u54c1\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u301c1\/3\u7684\u91d1\u5c5e\u6027\u78b3\u7ba1\u548c\u301c2\/3\u7684\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u78b3\u7ba1\u3002\u91d1\u5c5e\u6027\u548c\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6027\u78b3\u7ba1\u95f4\u7684\u8096\u7279\u57fa\u52bf\u5792\u5927\u5927\u6291\u5236\u4e86\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u7684\u4f20\u8f93\u5e76\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u63a5\u89e6\u7535\u963b\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u76f4\u5f84\u4ec5\u4e3a1-2 nm\u7684SWCNTs\u901a\u5e38\u805a\u96c6\u6210\u76f4\u5f84\u51e0\u5341\u7eb3\u7c73\u7684\u7ba1\u675f\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u8868\u9762\u80fd\uff0c\u7ba1\u675f\u5185\u90e8\u7684SWCNT\u5bf9\u5bfc\u7535\u6027\u51e0\u4e4e\u6ca1\u6709\u8d21\u732e\uff0c\u4f46\u5374\u5438\u6536\u5149\u4f7f\u5f97\u8584\u819c\u7684\u900f\u5149\u7387\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e9f\u9700\u7814\u5236\u53ef\u4e0eITO\u5ab2\u7f8e\u7684\u9ad8\u6027\u80fdSWCNT\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u8584\u819c\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u4e2d\u79d1\u9662\u91d1\u5c5e\u6240\u6210\u4f1a\u660e\u9662\u58eb\u548c\u5218\u7545\u7814\u7a76\u5458<\/strong>(<\/strong>\u5171\u540c\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005<\/strong>)<\/strong>\u7b49\u4eba\u5728<\/strong>Science Advances<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u9898\u4e3a\u201c<\/strong>Ultrahigh-performance transparent conductive films of carbon-welded isolated single-wall carbon nanotubes<\/strong>\u201d\uff0c<\/strong>\u5171\u540c\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u4e3a\u848b\u677e\u548c\u4faf\u9e4f\u7fd4<\/strong>\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u91c7\u7528\u6d6e\u52a8\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5316\u5b66\u6c14\u76f8\u6c89\u79ef\u65b9\u6cd5\u5236\u5907\u51fa\u5177\u6709\u201c\u78b3\u710a\u201d\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u5355\u6839\u5206\u6563\u7684SWCNT\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u8584\u819c\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u63a7\u5236SWCNT\u7684\u5f62\u6838\u6d53\u5ea6\uff0c\u6240\u5f97\u8584\u819c\u4e2d\u7ea685%\u7684\u78b3\u7ba1\u4ee5\u5355\u6839\u5f62\u5f0f\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u5176\u4f59\u4e3b\u8981\u4e3a\u75312-3\u6839SWCNT\u6784\u6210\u7684\u5c0f\u7ba1\u675f\u3002\u8fdb\u800c\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8c03\u63a7\u53cd\u5e94\u533a\u5185\u7684\u78b3\u6e90\u6d53\u5ea6\uff0c\u5728SWCNT\u7f51\u7edc\u7684\u4ea4\u53c9\u8282\u70b9\u5904\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u201c\u78b3\u710a\u201d\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\u8be5\u78b3\u710a\u7ed3\u6784\u53ef\u4f7f\u91d1\u5c5e\u6027\/\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6027SWCNT\u95f4\u7684\u8096\u7279\u57fa\u63a5\u89e6\u8f6c\u53d8\u4e3a\u8fd1\u6b27\u59c6\u63a5\u89e6\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u7ba1\u95f4\u63a5\u89e6\u7535\u963b\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u5177\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0a\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u6240\u5f97SWCNT\u8584\u819c\u572890%\u900f\u5149\u7387\u4e0b\u7684\u65b9\u5757\u7535\u963b\u4ec5\u4e3a41\u03a9\u25a1-1<\/sup>\uff1b\u7ecf\u785d\u9178\u63ba\u6742\u5904\u7406\u540e\uff0c\u5176\u65b9\u5757\u7535\u963b\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u964d\u4f4e\u81f325\u03a9\u25a1-1<\/sup>\uff0c\u6bd4\u5df2\u62a5\u9053\u78b3\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ba1\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u8584\u819c\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u63d0\u9ad82\u500d\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e76\u4f18\u4e8e\u67d4\u6027\u57fa\u5e95\u4e0a\u7684ITO\u3002\u5229\u7528\u8fd9\u79cd\u9ad8\u6027\u80fdSWCNT\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u8584\u819c\u6784\u5efa\u4e86\u67d4\u6027\u6709\u673a\u53d1\u5149\u4e8c\u6781\u7ba1\uff08OLED\uff09\u539f\u578b\u5668\u4ef6\uff0c\u5176\u7535\u6d41\u6548\u7387\u8fbe\u5230\u5df2\u62a5\u9053SWCNT OLED\u5668\u4ef6\u6700\u9ad8\u503c\u76847.5 \u500d\uff0c\u5e76\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u67d4\u6027\u548c\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u56fe\u6587\u89e3\u6790\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>1<\/strong>\u5355\u6839\u5206\u6563\u3001\u5177\u6709\u78b3\u710a\u7ed3\u6784\u7684<\/strong>SWCNT<\/strong>\u7f51\u7edc<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08b\uff09\u7f51\u7edc\u4e2d\u5355\u6839\u548c\u6210\u675fSWCNT\u7684\u6570\u91cf\u7edf\u8ba1\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08c\uff09633 nm\u6fc0\u5149\u6fc0\u53d1\u7684\u62c9\u66fc\u5149\u8c31\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08d\uff09C 1s XPS\u8c31\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>2 SWCNT<\/strong>\u7684<\/strong>SEM<\/strong>\u7167\u7247\u3001\u957f\u5ea6\u5206\u5e03\u53ca\u6fc0\u5149\u62c9\u66fc\u5149\u8c31<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08A-B\uff09\u6536\u96c610\u5206\u949f\u548c5\u79d2\u6240\u5f97SWCNT\u7f51\u7edc\u7684SEM\u7167\u7247\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08C\uff09SWCNT\u7684\u957f\u5ea6\u7edf\u8ba1\u5206\u5e03\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08D\uff09\u7531532\uff0c633\u548c785nm\u6fc0\u5149\u6fc0\u53d1\u7684SWCNT\u7684\u547c\u5438\u6a21\u62c9\u66fc\u5149\u8c31\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>3 SWCNT TCF<\/strong>\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08A\uff0980mm\u00d780mm\u7684SWCNT TCF\u7684\u5149\u5b66\u7167\u7247\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08B\uff09\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6837\u54c1\u4e0e\u5df2\u62a5\u9053\u672a\u7ecf\u540e\u5904\u7406\u7684SWCNT TCF\u53ca\u67d4\u6027\u57fa\u5e95\u4e0aITO\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u6027\u80fd\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08C\uff09\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u785d\u9178\u63ba\u6742\u6837\u54c1\u4e0e\u5df2\u62a5\u9053\u7ecf\u540e\u5904\u7406SWCNT TCF\u53ca\u67d4\u6027\u57fa\u5e95\u4e0aITO\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u6027\u80fd\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08D\uff09\u5728\u5927\u6c14\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u672a\u5904\u7406\u548c\u785d\u9178\u63ba\u6742SWCNT TCF\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u7279\u6027\u968f\u65f6\u95f4\u53d8\u5316\u60c5\u51b5\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08E\uff09SWCNT TCF\u548cPET\u57fa\u5e95\u4e0aITO\u7684\u9762\u7535\u963b\u968f\u5f2f\u6298\uff08\u81f3\u534a\u5f845mm\uff09\u6b21\u6570\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u60c5\u51b5\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08F\uff09SWCNT TCF\u548cPET\u57fa\u5e95\u4e0aITO\u7684\u9762\u7535\u963b\u968f\u5f2f\u6298\u89d2\u5ea6\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u60c5\u51b5\uff1b<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>4 \u00a0SWCNT OLED<\/strong>\u5668\u4ef6\u53ca\u5176\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09\u70b9\u4eae\u7684SWCNT OLED\u7684\u5149\u5b66\u7167\u7247\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08b\uff09\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\u548c\u4eae\u5ea6\u4e0e\u7535\u538b\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08c\uff09\u7535\u6d41\u6548\u7387\u548c\u529f\u7387\u6548\u7387\u4e0e\u4eae\u5ea6\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08d\uff09\u6211\u4eec\u7684SWCNT OLED\u4e0e\u6587\u732e\u62a5\u9053\u7684\u78b3\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ba1\u57faOLED\u53caITO-PET OLED\u7684\u7535\u6d41\u6548\u7387\u548c\u4eae\u5ea6\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>5 \u00a0SWCNT FET<\/strong>\u7684\u6392\u5e03\u548c\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08A\uff09\u6ca1\u6709\u548c\uff08C\uff09\u6709\u78b3\u710a\u7ed3\u6784\u7684SWCNT FET\u7684SEM\u7167\u7247\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08B\uff09\u548c\uff08D\uff09\u5206\u522b\u4e3a\u5bf9\u5e94\u4e8e\u5668\u4ef6\uff08A\uff09\u548c\uff08C\uff09\u7684Ids<\/sub>-Vds<\/sub>\u66f2\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>\u3010\u603b\u7ed3\u4e0e\u5c55\u671b\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u91c7\u7528\u6ce8\u5c04\u6d6e\u52a8\u50ac\u5316CVD\u65b9\u6cd5\u5408\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u5355\u6839\u5206\u6563\u4e14\u5728\u8282\u70b9\u5904\u6709\u78b3\u710a\u7ed3\u6784\u7684SWCNT\u7f51\u7edc\u3002\u672a\u7ecf\u4efb\u4f55\u540e\u5904\u7406\u7684SWCNT TCF\u572890\uff05\u900f\u5149\u7387\uff08550nm\u6ce2\u957f\u53ef\u89c1\u5149\uff09\u4e0b\u7684\u9762\u7535\u963b\u4ec5\u4e3a41 ohm \u25a1\u22121<\/sup>\uff0c\u5e76\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u5747\u5300\u6027\u3001\u5316\u5b66\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u67d4\u97e7\u6027\u3002\u7ecfHNO3<\/sub>\u63ba\u6742\u540e\uff0c\u5176\u572890\uff05\u900f\u5149\u7387\u4e0b\u7684\u7535\u963b\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e0b\u964d\u81f325 ohm \u25a1\u22121<\/sup>\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u8d85\u9ad8\u7684\u5149\u7535\u6027\u80fd\u4e3b\u8981\u5f52\u56e0\u4e8e\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u78b3\u710a\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u5355\u5206\u6563\u7684SWCNT\u7f51\u7edc\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6027\u548c\u91d1\u5c5e\u6027SWCNTs\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8096\u7279\u57fa\u63a5\u89e6\u8f6c\u53d8\u4e3a\u8fd1\u6b27\u59c6\u63a5\u89e6\u6709\u6548\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u78b3\u7ba1\u95f4\u7684\u63a5\u89e6\u7535\u963b\uff1b\u5355\u5206\u6563\u7684SWCNTs\u5728\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u6548\u7535\u5b50\u4f20\u8f93\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u4fdd\u6301\u6700\u4f4e\u7684\u5438\u5149\u7387\u3002\u4ee5SWCNT TCF\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9633\u6781\u6784\u5efa\u7684OLED\u539f\u578b\u5668\u4ef6\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u7535\u6d41\u6548\u7387\u3001\u4eae\u5ea6\u3001\u548c\u67d4\u6027\u7b49\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u6240\u7814\u5236\u7684SWCNT TCF\u5177\u6709\u5de5\u827a\u7b80\u5355\u6613\u653e\u5927\u3001\u900f\u660e\u5bfc\u7535\u6027\u80fd\u4f18\u5f02\u3001\u5316\u5b66\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u67d4\u97e7\u6027\u597d\u7b49\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u53ef\u671b\u4f5c\u4e3a\u900f\u660e\u7535\u6781\u5728\u5404\u79cd\u67d4\u6027\u7535\u5b50\u5668\u4ef6\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n
