1. \u7eb3\u7c73\u5b54\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u7684\u5408\u6210\u65b9\u6cd5<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>3 <\/strong>\u4ecb\u5b54<\/strong>SrTiO3<\/sub><\/strong>\u7684\u751f\u957f\u548c\u5f62\u8c8c\u7684\u6f14\u53d8\u673a\u5236<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08<\/strong>a-c<\/strong>\uff09<\/strong>\u4ecb\u5b54SrTiO3<\/sub>\u7684TEM\u56fe\u50cf\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08<\/strong>d-f<\/strong>\uff09<\/strong>\u4ecb\u5b54SrTiO3<\/sub>\u7684EDS\u56fe\u8c31\uff1b<\/p>\n
