\u9492\u9178\u94cb\uff08BiVO4<\/sub>\uff09\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u5149\u7535\u5206\u89e3\u6c34\u5236\u6c22\u6700\u6709\u524d\u666f\u7684\u5149\u9633\u6781\u6750\u6599\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002BiVO4<\/sub>\u7684\u5e26\u9699\u4e3a2.4 eV\uff0c\u5728AM 1.5 G\u7684\u7167\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff08100 mW\/cm2<\/sup>\uff09\uff0c\u53ef\u8fbe\u5230\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u5149\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e3a7.5 mA\/cm2<\/sup>\uff0c\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u5230\u6c22\u6c14\uff08STH\uff09\u7684\u6548\u7387\u4e3a9.2%\u3002\u867d\u7136BiVO4<\/sub>\u7684\u5e26\u9699\u6bd4\u5149\u7535\u5206\u89e3\u6c34\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u5e26\u96992.0 eV\u7565\u5927\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u7684\u5bfc\u5e26\u8fb9\u7f18\u4f4d\u7f6e\u975e\u5e38\u9760\u8fd1H2<\/sub>\u6790\u51fa\u7535\u4f4d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e0e\u8bb8\u591a\u5176\u5b83\u5149\u9633\u6781\u6750\u6599\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5728\u4f4e\u7535\u52bf\u533a\u57df\uff0cBiVO4<\/sub>\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u8d77\u59cb\u7535\u52bf\u548c\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u5149\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n \u03b7<\/em>trans<\/sub>\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5f53BiVO4<\/sub>\u4e0e\u9002\u5b9c\u7684\u6790\u6c27\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u590d\u5408\u65f6\uff0c\u5728\u6790\u6c27\u53cd\u5e94\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5176\u7535\u8377\u8f93\u8fd0\u6548\u7387\uff08\u03b7<\/em>trans<\/sub>\uff09\u53ef\u63a5\u8fd1\u6700\u5927\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n \u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u5149\u89e3\u6c34-\u5149\u4f0f\u4e32\u8054\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f7f\u900f\u660e\u7684BiVO4<\/sub>\u5149\u9633\u6781\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u7684\u5149\u5438\u6536\u6548\u7387\u548c\u7535\u8377\u5206\u79bb\u6548\u7387\uff08\u03b7<\/em>abs<\/sub> \u03b7<\/em>sep<\/sub>\uff09\u4f9d\u65e7\u6781\u5177\u6311\u6218\u6027\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5149\u5438\u6536\u6548\u7387\uff08\u03b7<\/em>abs<\/sub>\uff09\u548c\u7535\u8377\u5206\u79bb\u6548\u7387\uff08\u03b7<\/em>sep<\/sub>\uff09\u662f\u8026\u5408\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\uff0c\u5373\uff1a\u8f83\u8584\u7684BiVO4<\/sub>\u819c\u901a\u5e38\u6709\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u5149\u5438\u6536\u6548\u7387\u548c\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u7535\u8377\u5206\u79bb\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u53cd\u4e4b\u4ea6\u7136\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u9ad8BiVO4<\/sub>\u5149\u9633\u6781\u8584\u819c\u7684\u900f\u5149\u6027\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u6301\u9ad8\u7684\u5149\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff0c\u5728\u5149\u89e3\u6c34-\u5149\u4f0f\u4e32\u8054\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u7684STH\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n mA\/cm2<\/sup>\uff081.23 V vs. RHE\uff09\uff0c\u5149\u7535\u5206\u89e3\u6c34\u7684ABPE\u6548\u7387\u53ef\u8fbe2.2%\uff080.7 V vs. RHE\uff0c\u7167\u5ea6AM 1.5
