\u5229\u7528\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7269\u79cd\u6740\u6b7b\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u5149\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u7597\u6cd5\uff08PDT\uff09\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7597\u4e2d\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5b9e\u4f53\u7624\u7684\u7f3a\u6c27\u6027\u8d28\u4e25\u91cd\u9650\u5236\u4e86PDT\u7684\u6548\u7387\u3002\u7f3a\u6c27\u7684\u53d1\u751f\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u80bf\u7624\u7ec6\u80de\u5f02\u5e38\u751f\u957f\u548c\u8109\u7ba1\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5931\u8c03\u3002\u5728\u7f3a\u6c27\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u80bf\u7624\u4ee3\u8c22\u7269\uff0c\u5982\u8fc7\u6c27\u5316\u6c22\uff08H2<\/sub>O2<\/sub>\uff09\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ee3\u8c22\u7269\u4f1a\u4fc3\u8fdb\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u8bf1\u53d8\u548c\u8f6c\u79fb\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u7f3a\u6c27\u8fd8\u4f1a\u5f15\u8d77\u80bf\u7624\u5bf9\u5149\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u62b5\u6297\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6cbb\u7597\u5931\u8d25\u3002<\/p>\n \u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u53a6\u95e8\u5927\u5b66\u9648\u5c0f\u5170\u526f\u6559\u6388\u548c\u90d1\u5357\u5cf0\u6559\u6388\uff08\u5171\u540c\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005\uff09<\/strong>\u7b49\u4eba\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u5177\u6709\u8c03\u8282\u80bf\u7624\u4e4f\u6c27\u5fae\u73af\u5883\u540c\u65f6\u589e\u5f3a\u5149\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u6cbb\u7597\u6548\u679c\u7684\u7eb3\u7c73\u8bca\u7597\u8bd5\u5242Pd@Pt-PEG-Ce6\u3002\u5229\u7528Pd@Pt\u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\u7684\u8fc7\u6c27\u5316\u6c22\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u5373\u5206\u89e3\u8fc7\u6c27\u5316\u6c22\u4ea7\u751f\u6c27\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u6539\u5584\u4e86\u80bf\u7624\u7684\u4e4f\u6c27\u5fae\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u540c\u65f6Pd@Pt\u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\u8d1f\u8f7d\u5149\u654f\u5242\u4e8c\u6c22\u535f\u915a\uff08Ce6\uff09\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5c06\u5176\u9012\u9001\u5230\u80bf\u7624\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u589e\u5f3a\u80bf\u7624\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u7684PDT\u3002\u5728\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5236\u5907\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u7528\u53cc\u5b98\u80fd\u56e2PEG\uff08SH-PEG-NH2<\/sub>\uff09\u4fee\u9970Pd@Pt \u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5c06Pd@Pt-PEG\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e0e\u5149\u654f\u5242Ce6\u5171\u4ef7\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u5f97\u5230Pd@ Pt-PEG-Ce6\u7eb3\u7c73\u590d\u5408\u6750\u6599\u3002Pd@Pt-PEG-Ce6\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\uff0c\u8f83\u957f\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u5faa\u73af\u534a\u8870\u671f\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u7684\u80bf\u7624\u5bcc\u96c6\u548c\u6781\u597d\u7684\u6210\u50cf\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u4f53\u5916\u548c\u4f53\u5185\u5b9e\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u90fd\u8868\u660e\uff0cPd @ Pt-PEG-Ce6\u80fd\u591f\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5c06\u5149\u654f\u5242\u9012\u9001\u81f3\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\/\u80bf\u7624\u90e8\u4f4d\uff0c\u5e76\u89e6\u53d1\u5185\u6e90\u6027H2<\/sub>O2<\/sub>\u5206\u89e3\u4ee5\u4ea7\u751f\u6c27\u6c14\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u663e\u7740\u589e\u5f3aPDT\u529f\u6548\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cPd@Pt\u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\u7684\u6e29\u548c\u5149\u70ed\u6548\u5e94\u4e5f\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86Pd@Pt-PEG-Ce6\u7684PDT\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u65b0\u578b\u7eb3\u7c73\u8bca\u7597\u4f53\u7cfb\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0d\u4ec5\u62d3\u5bbd\u4e86\u7eb3\u7c73\u6750\u6599\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u5728\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u4f53\u5185\u7684\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6709\u671b\u89e3\u51b3\u5b9e\u4f53\u80bf\u7624\u4e4f\u6c27\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u4e3a\u65b0\u578b\u7eb3\u7c73\u8bca\u7597\u4f53\u7cfb\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u601d\u8def\u3002\u8be5\u6210\u679c\u4ee5\u201cA Microenvironment<\/strong>\u201d\u4e3a\u9898\u4e8e2018\u5e742\u670826\u65e5\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u671f\u520aAdvanced Functional Materials<\/strong>\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe1 Pd NSs\u548cPd @ Pt\u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\u7684\u8868\u5f81<\/strong><\/p>\n a-b\uff09Pd NSs\u548cPd@Pt\u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u6027TEM\u56fe\u50cf\uff0c\u8d28\u91cf\u6bd4Pt \/ Pd = 1\uff1a3\u3002<\/p>\n c\uff09Pd@Pt\u7684HAADF-STEM-EDX\u6620\u5c04\u56fe\u3002<\/p>\n d\uff09Pd NS\uff0cPd @ Pt\u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\uff0cPd@ Pt-PEG-Ce6\u548c\u81ea\u7531Ce6\u7684UV-Vis-NIR\u5438\u6536\u5149\u8c31\u3002<\/p>\n e\uff09\u5728\u529f\u7387\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e3a0.5W cm-2<\/sup>\u7684808nm\u6fc0\u5149\u7167\u5c04\u4e0b\uff0cPd@Pt\u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\u548cPd@Pt-PEG-Ce6 \uff0850 ppm Pd @ Pt\uff09\u7684\u5347\u6e29\u66f2\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n f\uff09\u4e0d\u540c\u4f53\u7cfb\uff08H2<\/sub>O\uff0cH2<\/sub>O2<\/sub>\uff0cPd @ Pt-PEG-Ce6\u548cPd @ Pt-PEG-Ce6 + H2<\/sub>O2<\/sub>\uff09\u4e2d\u6c27\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\u968f\u65f6\u95f4\u53d8\u5316\u66f2\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n g\uff09Pd @ Pt-PEG-Ce6\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2d\u6bcf30\u5206\u949f\u52a0\u5165H2<\/sub>O2<\/sub>\u6d4b\u91cf\u56db\u6b21\u5faa\u73af\u4e2dO2<\/sub>\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe2 \u5355\u7ebf\u6001\u6c27\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\u53ca\u7ec6\u80de\u5438\u6536\u5b9e\u9a8c<\/strong><\/p>\n b\uff09\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7167\u5c04\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728\u5177\u6709\/\u4e0d\u5177\u6709H2<\/sub>O2<\/sub>\u7684Ce6\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\uff0cDPBF\u5728410nm\u7684\u5438\u6536\u8870\u51cf\u66f2\u7ebf\u3002\uff08660nm\uff0c0.1W cm-2<\/sup>\uff09<\/p>\n c\uff09\u6fc0\u5149\u7167\u5c04\u5177\u6709Pd @ Pt-PEG-Ce6\u7eb3\u7c73\u590d\u5408\u7269\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u7ec6\u80de\u5185ROS\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n d\uff09\u6fc0\u5149\u7167\u5c04\u5177\u6709\u6e38\u79bbCe6\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u7eff\u8272\u8367\u5149\u4ee3\u8868\u7ec6\u80de\u5185ROS\u4ea7\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n e\uff09\u7528Ce6\u6216Pd @ Pt-PEG-Ce6\u5904\u740612\u5c0f\u65f6\u76844T1\u7ec6\u80de\u7684CLSM\u56fe\u50cf\u3002<\/p>\n f\uff09\u7528\u6e38\u79bb\u7684Ce6\u6216Pd @ Pt-PEG-Ce6\u5904\u740612\u5c0f\u65f6\u76844T1\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u672a\u5904\u7406\u76844T1\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u6d41\u5f0f\u7ec6\u80de\u672f\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe3 Pd @ Pt-PEG-Ce6\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u8bc4\u4ef7<\/strong><\/p>\n a\uff09\u6ce8\u5c04\/\u672a\u6ce8\u5c04Pd @ Pt-PEG-Ce6 24\u5c0f\u65f6\u540e\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u8840\u751f\u5316\u6307\u6807\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/p>\n b\uff09\u7528Pd @ Pt\u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\u5206\u89e3\u8fc7\u6c27\u5316\u6c22\u4ea7\u751f\u6c27\u6c14\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u6539\u5584\u4e86\u80bf\u7624\u7684\u4f4e\u6c27\u73af\u5883\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8d1f\u8f7d\u5728Pd @ Pt \u7eb3\u7c73\u7247\u4e0a\u7684\u5149\u654f\u5242Ce6\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u6709\u6548\u5730\u9012\u9001\u5230\u80bf\u7624\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4ee5\u589e\u5f3a\u80bf\u7624\u7684\u7279\u5f02\u6027PDT\u3002\u6240\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u7eb3\u7c73\u6cbb\u7597\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0d\u4ec5\u663e\u7740\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u7f3a\u6c27\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u5b9e\u4f53\u7624\u7684PDT\u6cbb\u7597\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u62d3\u5bbd\u4e86Pd\u57fa\u7eb3\u7c73\u6750\u6599\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u5728\u751f\u7269\u533b\u5b66\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u4e3a\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u5176\u5b83\u7eb3\u7c73\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bbe\u8ba1\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u601d\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n
