\u3010\u5f15\u8a00\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u7f3a\u6c27\u662f\u5b9e\u4f53\u7624\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u3002\u5728\u7f3a\u6c27\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\uff0c\u7624\u4f53\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4ee5\u7cd6\u9175\u89e3\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\u4ee3\u8c22\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u4e73\u9178\u548c\u7ec6\u80de\u7e41\u6b96\u6240\u9700\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5355\u7fa7\u9178\u8f6c\u8fd0\u86cb\u767d\u8868\u8fbe\u4e0a\u8c03\uff08MCTS\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u7ef4\u6301\u80de\u5185\u7684pH\u3002\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7c07\uff08ROS\uff09\u7684\u9ad8\u8868\u8fbe\u4e5f\u662f\u5b9e\u4f53\u7624\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7279\u5f81\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u7624\u4f53\u7ec6\u80de\u5185H2O2\u91cf\u4e00\u822c\u9ad8\u4e8e100\u03bcM\uff0c\u6b63\u5e38\u7ec6\u80deH2O2\u91cf\u7ea6\u572820nM\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5408\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u88c5\u8f7dsiRNA\u975e\u6676\u6c27\u5316\u94c1\uff08AIO\uff09\u7eb3\u7c73\u836f\u7269\uff08NP(siMCT4) or AIO RNAi NPs\uff09\u3002\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u80fd\u6291\u5236MCTs\u7684\u4e0a\u8c03\uff0c\u4f7f\u7ec6\u80de\u9178\u4e2d\u6bd2\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u53d1\u751f\u7c7b\u82ac\u987f\u53cd\u5e94\uff08Feton-like\uff09\u50ac\u5316H2O2\u4ea7\u751f\u7f9f\u57fa\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u6740\u6b7b\u80bf\u7624\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u6291\u5236\u80bf\u7624\u751f\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n Multifunctional RNAi Nanomedicine To Concurrently Target Cancer Hallmarks for Combinatorial Therapy<\/strong>\u201d\u4e3a\u9898\u53d1\u8868\u5728Angewandte Chemie International Edition<\/strong>\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe1\uff1aAIO RNAi NPs\u8868\u5f81\u53ca\u7ec6\u80de\u5b9e\u9a8c\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09AIO
