\u56fe<\/strong>2. <\/strong>\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u7684<\/strong>GIWAXS<\/strong>\u56fe\u50cf<\/strong><\/p>\n \u5f53x=0, 0.2, 0.4\u548c0.6\u65f6\uff0c(BA)2<\/sub>(MA1-x<\/sub>FAx<\/sub>)3<\/sub>Pb4<\/sub>I13<\/sub>\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u7684GIWAXS\u56fe\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>3. <\/strong>\u5404\u6750\u6599\u7684<\/strong>PL<\/strong>\u5149\u8c31<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09(BA)2<\/sub>(MA,<\/sub>FA)3<\/sub>Pb4<\/sub>I13<\/sub>\u7cfb\u5217Q-2D\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u7684\u7a33\u6001PL\u5149\u8c31\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08b\uff09ITO\/(BA)2<\/sub>(MA,<\/sub>FA)3<\/sub>Pb4<\/sub>I13<\/sub>\u7cfb\u5217Q-2D\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u7684TRPL\u5149\u8c31\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>4. <\/strong>\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u7ed3\u6784\u56fe<\/strong>\u4e0e\u539f\u4f4dPL\u56fe\u8c31<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09\u548c\uff08b\uff09\u4e3a\u4e0d\u540cMA\/FA\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7684(BA)2<\/sub>(MA,<\/sub>FA)3<\/sub>Pb4<\/sub>I13<\/sub>\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u7ed3\u6784\u56fe\uff08a\uff09(BA)2<\/sub>(MA0.8<\/sub>FA0.2<\/sub>)3<\/sub>Pb4<\/sub>I13<\/sub>\uff0c\uff08b\uff09(BA)2<\/sub>(MA0.4<\/sub>FA0.6<\/sub>)3<\/sub>Pb4<\/sub>I13<\/sub>\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08c\uff09\u901a\u8fc7\u68c0\u6d4b\u5728585nm (n = 2)\uff0c670nm (n = 4)\u548c780 (n =\u221e)\u5904\u7684\u53d1\u5c04\u5cf0\uff0c(BA)2<\/sub>(MA)3<\/sub>Pb4<\/sub>I13<\/sub>\u819c\u7684\u539f\u4f4dPL\u6d4b\u91cf\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>5. <\/strong>\u5668\u4ef6\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u6027\u80fd<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09Q-2D\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u5668\u4ef6\u7ed3\u6784\uff1b<\/p>\n \uff08d\uff09\u548c\uff08e\uff09\u5206\u522b\u4e3aJsc<\/sub>\u548cVoc<\/sub>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53cd\u5f0f\u5e73\u9762\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u5668\u4ef6\u5149\u5f3a\u5ea6\u7684\u51fd\u6570\u66f2\u7ebf\uff1b<\/p>\n \u3010\u56e2\u961f\u4ecb\u7ecd\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n
