\u3010\u5f15\u8a00\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u6709\u673a-\u65e0\u673a\u6742\u5316\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u592a\u9633\u7535\u6c60\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u9879\u6709\u524d\u666f\u7684\u6280\u672f\u5df2\u7ecf\u53d7\u5230\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u5176\u80fd\u91cf\u8f6c\u5316\u6548\u7387\u5df2\u7ecf\u4ece3.8%\u63d0\u9ad8\u523022%\u3002\u968f\u7740\u7535\u6c60\u6548\u7387\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u589e\u5927\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u6676\u7c92\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7684\u589e\u5927\u6216\u8005\u662f\u6676\u754c\u7684\u949d\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\u3002\u8584\u819c\u7684\u8868\u9762\u3001\u6676\u7c92\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u548c\u76f8\u90bb\u6676\u7c92\u95f4\u7684\u6676\u754c\u662f\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u5b58\u5728\u7f3a\u9677\u7684\u4e09\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u533a\u57df\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u533a\u522b\u548c\u786e\u5b9a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u5bf9\u591a\u6676\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u5149\u7535\u6027\u8d28\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u662f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5176\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u7814\u7a76\u8584\u819c\u7684\u6676\u754c\u6216\u8005\u8868\u9762\u662f\u5426\u662f\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u6676\u4f53\u53d1\u751f\u964d\u89e3\u7684\u533a\u57df\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7406\u89e3\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u7684\u964d\u89e3\u673a\u7406\u662f\u5341\u5206\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002\u4e0e\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u5b8f\u89c2\u5668\u4ef6\u8868\u5f81\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5bf9\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u3001\u7535\u5b66\u548c\u5149\u5b66\u6027\u8d28\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5206\u8fa8\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5c06\u4e3a\u63a8\u8fdb\u57fa\u7840\u79d1\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u4f9b\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u5fb7\u514b\u8428\u65af\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u8d56\u67ef\u5409\u3001\u674e\u6653\u52e4\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u80fd\u6e90\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u7684\u6731\u51ef\uff08\u5171\u540c\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005\uff09<\/strong>\u5728Nat. Commun.<\/strong>\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u6700\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u201cImpact of grain boundaries on efficiency and stability of organic-inorganic trihalide perovskites<\/strong>\u201d\u3002\u5728\u8be5\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u901a\u8fc7\u5fae\u6ce2\u963b\u6297\u663e\u5fae\u955c(MIM)\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u4e24\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u6548\u7387\u7684MAPbI3<\/sub>\u8584\u819c\u5728\u5149\u7167\u4e0b\u7684\u5b9a\u91cf\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ea7\u5149\u7535\u5bfc\u6210\u50cf\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5b9e\u9a8c\u53d1\u73b0\uff1a\u5fae\u6ce2\u4fe1\u53f7\u57fa\u672c\u5747\u5300\u5730\u5206\u5e03\u4e0a\u6676\u7c92\u548c\u6676\u754c\u4e0a\u3002\u8fd9\u8868\u660e\u5fae\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5185\u90e8\u5149\u54cd\u5e94\u7684\u5f3a\u7a7a\u95f4\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6240\u6d4b\u5f97\u7684\u5149\u7535\u5bfc\u548c\u5149\u6fc0\u53d1\u7684\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u5bff\u547d\u53d7\u5230\u672c\u4f53\u6027\u8d28\u7684\u5f88\u5927\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5982\u6837\u54c1\u7ed3\u6676\u5ea6\u3002\u4ece\u5c40\u90e8\u5149\u7535\u5bfc\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u6f14\u5316\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u964d\u89e3\u8fc7\u7a0b\u59cb\u4e8e\u6676\u7c92\u7684\u5206\u89e3\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u6676\u7c92\u95f4\u7684\u6676\u754c\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u4e3a\u63d0\u9ad8\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u7684\u5149\u7535\u6027\u80fd\u53ca\u5176\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u601d\u8def\u3002\u8be5\u8bba\u6587\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u4e3a\u50a8\u662d\u680b<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>1 <\/strong>\u5b9e\u9a8c\u8bbe\u7f6e\u548c\u6709\u9650\u5143\u5206\u6790<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09\u6837\u54c1\u7684\u793a\u610f\u56fe\u548c\u901a\u8fc7\u900f\u660e\u73bb\u7483\u57fa\u8d28\u7684\u5e95\u90e8\u7167\u660e\u7684MIM\u56fe<\/p>\n \uff08b\uff09\u6a21\u62df\u7684MIM\u4fe1\u53f7\u968f\u7740MAPbI3<\/sub>\u5bfc\u7535\u7387\u7684\u53d8\u5316<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>2 MAPbI3<\/sub><\/strong>\u7684\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ea7\u522b\u7684<\/strong>MIM<\/strong>\u56fe<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6548\u7387\u662f18%\u7684\u8584\u819c\uff0c\u5f53532nm\u7684\u6fc0\u5149\u5173\u95ed\uff08\u4e2d\u95f4\uff09\u548c\u6253\u5f00\uff08\u5e95\u90e8\uff09\u65f6\u7684AFM\uff08\u9876\u90e8\uff09\u548cMIM-im\/Re\u56fe\u50cf\uff08AFM\u6570\u636e\u5185\u90e8\u9ed1\u8272\u865a\u7ebf\u957f\u65b9\u5f62\u6240\u793a\uff09<\/p>\n \uff08b\uff09\u76f8\u5e94\u768415%\u7684\u8584\u819c\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u56fe<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>3 MAPbI3<\/sub><\/strong>\u819c\u7684\u5149\u7535\u5bfc\u548c\u5176\u5b83\u8868\u5f81<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09\u6548\u7387\u4e3a18%\u7684\u8584\u819c\u7684MIM\u4fe1\u53f7<\/p>\n \uff08f\uff09\u4e24\u79cd\u8584\u819c\u7684\u7684XRD<\/p>\n \u56fe<\/strong>4<\/strong>\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u8584\u819c\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u5fae\u7ed3\u6784<\/strong><\/p>\n \uff08a\uff09\u5728532nm\u6fc0\u5149100 mW\u2009cm\u22122 <\/sup>\u5149\u7167\u4e0b\uff0cMAPbI3<\/sub>\u819c\u7684AFM\u548cMIM\u56fe\u50cf<\/p>\n
