Rogach\u56e2\u961f<\/strong>\u5728Nature Communications<\/strong>\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u4e00\u7bc7\u9898\u4e3a\u201cGrowth mechanism of strongly emitting CH3<\/sub>NH3<\/sub>PbBr3<\/sub> perovskite nanocrystals with a tunable bandgap<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u3002\u5728\u8be5\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u901a\u8fc7\u6539\u53d8\u524d\u9a71\u4f53\u548c\u914d\u4f53\u6d53\u5ea6\u5728\u5ba4\u6e29\u548c60\u00b0C\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5747\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5e26\u9699\u53ef\u8c03\u4e14\u5177\u6709\u5f3a\u70c8\u53d1\u5149\u6027\u80fd\u7684CH3<\/sub>NH3<\/sub>PbBr3<\/sub> nm\u7684\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u53d1\u5c04\u5cf0\u534a\u9ad8\u5bbd\u4e3a29 – 41 nm\uff0c\u5927\u9897\u7c92\u7684PL QYs\u8fbe\u523070%\u3002\u8be6\u7ec6\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86OA
