\u3010\u5f15\u8a00\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u6709\u673a-\u65e0\u673a\u6742\u5316\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u5149\u5b66\u548c\u7535\u5b66\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u8bc1\u660e\u662f\u5236\u5907\u9ad8\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u7684\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u6750\u6599\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u8981\u4ee5\u7532\u57fa\u94c5\u7898\uff08MAPbX3<\/sub>\uff0cX\u4e3aCl\uff0cBr\u6216I\uff09\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6d3b\u6027\u5c42\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u6240\u62a5\u9053\u7684\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u5c55\u73b0\u4e86\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u4f46MAPbX3<\/sub>\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u76f8\u5bf9\u5927\u7684\u5e26\u9699\uff081.55eV\u6216\u66f4\u5927\uff09\u5c06\u5176\u54cd\u5e94\u5149\u8c31\u8303\u56f4\u9650\u5236\u5728\u4e86\u7d2b\u5916-\u53ef\u89c1\u5149\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u5b9e\u73b0\u4ece\u7d2b\u5916\u5230\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u6ce2\u6bb5\u7684\u5bbd\u54cd\u5e94\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5236\u5907\u5bbd\u54cd\u5e94\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u4e00\u79cd\u6700\u5e38\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u5c06MAPbI3<\/sub>\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5c42\u4e0e\u7a84\u5e26\u9699\u805a\u5408\u7269\u6216\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\u5c42\u96c6\u6210\u5230\u5355\u4e2a\u5668\u4ef6\u4e2d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u5728\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u6ce2\u6bb5\u7684\u54cd\u5e94\u8f83\u4f4e\uff08EQE<40\uff05\uff09\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u4f1a\u9650\u5236\u5176\u5728\u5b9e\u9645\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u57fa\u4e8e\u7a84\u5e26\u9699\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u7684\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u662f\u5b9e\u73b0\u5177\u6709\u8f83\u5f3a\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u54cd\u5e94\u7684\u5bbd\u54cd\u5e94\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u8f83\u4e3a\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n \u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n \u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u4ea4\u901a\u5927\u5b66\u5f20\u798f\u4fca\u8bfe\u9898\u7ec4\u4e0e\u7f8e\u56fd\u6258\u83b1\u591a\u5927\u5b66\u9122\u708e\u53d1\u8bfe\u9898\u7ec4<\/strong>\u57fa\u4e8e\u7a84\u5e26\u9699(\u301c1.25 nm\u7684\u5bbd\u54cd\u5e94\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4f18\u5316\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5c42\u53ca\u7535\u5b50\u4f20\u8f93\u5c42C60<\/sub>\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\uff0c\u5668\u4ef6\u6027\u80fd\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u6781\u5927\u7684\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u5f53\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5c42\u548cC60<\/sub>\u5c42\u539a\u5ea6\u5206\u522b\u4e3a1000 nm\u548c70 nm\u65f6\uff0c\u5668\u4ef6\u5728350-900 nm\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u5c55\u73b0\u4e86\u51e0\u4e4e\u5e73\u5766\u7684EQE\u5149\u8c31\uff0cEQE\u503c\u5927\u4e8e65%\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4f18\u5316\u7684\u5668\u4ef6\u5728-0.2 V\u7684\u504f\u538b\u4e0b\u6697\u7535\u6d41\u4ec5\u4e3a3.9 nA\uff0c\u5728\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u6ce2\u6bb5\u5c55\u73b0\u4e86\u8d85\u8fc70.4 A\/W\u7684\u54cd\u5e94\u5ea6\u4ee5\u53ca\u8d85\u8fc71012<\/sup> Jones\u7684\u6bd4\u63a2\u6d4b\u7387\uff0c\u8fdc\u4f18\u4e8e\u4ee5\u9499\u949b\u77ff\/\u7a84\u5e26\u9699\u805a\u5408\u7269\u6216\u9499\u949b\u77ff\/\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6d3b\u6027\u5c42\u7684\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u4ee5\u53ca\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u65e0\u673a\u5bbd\u54cd\u5e94\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u5185\u5bb9\u4ee5\u9898\u4e3a\u201cHighly
