CNDs\u7a00\u91ca\u60ac\u6d4a\u6db2\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u53ef\u89c1\u5438\u6536\u5149\u8c31\u3002\u5de6\u4fa7\u63d2\u56fe\u4e3aCNDs\u60ac\u6d4a\u6db2\u5728\u65e5\u5149\u4e0b\u7684\u7167\u7247\uff0c\u53f3\u4fa7\u63d2\u56fe\u4e3aCNDs\u60ac\u6d4a\u6db2\u5728\u6ce2\u957f\u4e3a365 nm\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u4e0b\u7684\u7167\u7247\uff1b<\/p>\n C. CNDs\u4f5c\u4e3aCNDs\u6742\u5316\u6c34\u51dd\u80f6\u7684\u53ef\u89c6\u5316\u8367\u5149\u6307\u793a\u5242<\/strong><\/p>\n A. CNDs\u6742\u5316\u6c34\u51dd\u80f6\u7684\u5149\u6f02\u767d\u5b9e\u9a8c\u3002\u6bcf\u96945\u5206\u949f\u62cd\u6444\u7684CNDs\u6742\u5316\u6c34\u51dd\u80f6\u7684\u5149\u6f02\u767d\u548c\u66b4\u9732\u4e8e100W\u6c19\u6fc0\u53d1\u6e90\u65f6\u7684FITC\u6742\u5316\u6c34\u51dd\u80f6\u7684\u8367\u5149\u4f2a\u5f69\u8272\u56fe\u50cf\uff1b <\/p>\n D. \u9009\u62e9\u4e00\u4e2a\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u533a\u57df(ROI)\u8fdb\u884c\u8367\u5149\u5f3a\u5ea6\u5b9a\u91cf\u8ba1\u7b97\u3002CNDs\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8367\u5149\u6307\u793a\u5242\uff0c\u6bd4\u8367\u5149\u67d3\u6599(\u5982FITC\u548cRhB)\u66f4\u8010\u5149\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u66f4\u9002\u5408\u4f53\u5185\u53ef\u89c6\u5316\u7814\u7a76\uff1b<\/p>\n E.
